I have received worries about possible modding from having too many ranged weapons that are too powerful. So I'm going to limit it a little bit.

Having short ranged weapons is fine, i.e. shotgun, scattergun, pistol, blaster, ect. Nothing that can accurately destroy something over 20 ft. away easily.

Longer ranged weapons, such as a rifle, will be limited. If you want permission to use such a thing as a rifle, PM me, and I will get to you.

The vehicles are not going to be true flight vehicles, and larger ones will still have wheels. The most that vehicles will do is float. Some of the smaller vehicles will still be roadsters.

There will be mechs, but those will be limited to faction use only. If you're not in a faction, you don't get one. Faction use of them will be limited as well. NPCs won't be limited to their use, but RPCs will. Only 2 people per faction can use a mech at any one time. Mechs will likely have limited range weapons, but will also have more powerful weapons. MECHS WILL NOT BE GUNDAMS. They will likely be bigger then humans in most cases, but not 80 feet tall. The basic mech type will change between factions.

Ammunition that is in a weapon will be limited. I don't want people to have an unlimited ammo cheat turned on. There are plasma weapons, but their charge packs are not unlimited. They will only be able to shoot a dozen times at max blast and charge. You can extend their life if you turn them down a notch, but the blast can no longer be as powerful. You may carry extra power packs, but not unlimited.

There can be any use of short ranged advanced weaponry, such as a laser sword. If you call it a light saber, we're going to have problems, because I don't want this to become a fan fiction for Star Wars.

There isn't any teleportation devices yet. That stuff is weird, and we don't mess with it yo.

Cybernetic enhancements are still fine, but only to a few limbs. If every one of your limbs turns out to be cybernetic, then you are an unintelligent robot. Robots have some semblance of AI, but they cannot actually think. They are still preprogrammed machines that can't do much. There will be a few robots that are like sentry bots.

Explosives are okay, but if you carry more then 2 rockets for your rocket launcher, I'm going to rip you a new one. Grenades are heavy. You may carry 3 of each type: HE, Plasma, EMP.

If I receive more complaints about weaponry, tech and other things, I may add to this. For now this is it, and this is just to prevent god modding. I will add some weapon specializations for each of the factions later on. Check up later.

This does not necessarily apply to RPCs. You can have it apply to one's RPC if it is desired, and tactics are made in consideration of these traits, but RPCs are the 'Special Weapons And Tactics' meaning that they don't need to apply to these rules. These are mainly for the NPCs that will be the backup and reinforcements and other things. This is just for suggestion purposes.

Mercenaries are heavy weaponry. They will have the ability to have more powerful weapons, but with that power comes weight as well. They won't be able to move as quickly in order to fortify or reinforce. But as mercenaries, that shouldn't hinder them too much, right?

Peace Keepers have more advanced tech then the other factions, but their weapons aren't powerful. Their weapons are moderate in power and weight, allowing them to move quickly in order to reinforce an area and still be capable of inflicting damage on their enemies. But will their balanced nature be capable of doing damage against those that are specialized?

Vampires have fast and light weaponry. Their weapons can even reach the fully automatic rating, but they've lost a certain amount of power for the speed. They have the high speed and the longest lived power cell that goes with it. They are able to move quickly and defend places, but with not much damage being inflicted per shot, will it be enough?

Angels are more defense oriented then offensive. They have a high defense, using defensive technology that few would actually be able to breach. They're weaponry is actually moderate in power, similar to the Peace Keepers, though their high defense prevents them from moving as quickly. Their neutrality should keep them safe, though, right? Or will it be their undoing, having other factions attack them first before they fight back? That remains to be seen.

Wolves are still undecided. Check back later.

Demons specialize in different biological transformations and manipulations. They alter the body in different ways in order to enhance it. They don't have much in the way of ranged weaponry, but they have ways to nullify it and have a resistance against it. Their main combat is for the closer ranges instead. They do research into various other things as well, though the information on what exactly that is, is highly classified. Even their leader doesn't know what it is. They're increased abilities allow them to reinforce other areas quickly and efficiently, though without being able to easily get in close to their enemies, will they be able to actually fight against them?

The thieves are stealth based, preferring to, more or less, stay out of their fights. They have the top of the line computers, allowing them to quickly get into many security systems. They have different types of tech that allows them to get into different areas of Invictus, without ever acquiring a key. Preferred weaponry is light close range weapons, and not always the newest class either, though they have it sometimes when it doesn't exactly belong to them. They are the bumps in the night that people turn around to look at, but see nothing but their wallets missing. Will this ability to be effectively unnoticed be their undoing, or will it ensure their ultimate survival?

Mech classifications for each faction are upcoming.
