Although not much is known about his early years, what information has been leaked tells of his incidents as the only part of the "Seventh Covenent"(Other parts killed, or removed). No academic record has been recovered, but it was rumored he is the only remaining pupil of master Tan Chu. Master Chu was a great martial arts expert that seemed to vanish after a devastating lightining storm destroyed his dojo and half of the village he lived in. Although Akima has never been seen instigating a fight, he is often in them. Now considerd an outsider by those around him, he is seen coming and going, never certain of where he will go next.
