There are several bookcases, shelf containing pictures and mementos from his travels and battles, along with a piano in the room (no reference to soul), there is a TV in the living room, along with a black couch, two bedrooms (one unused), a simple kitchen with black marble countertops, a balcony that gives a good view of the city, and one bathroom.

Edward walked into the room with a duffel bag, which he threw into the living room. Here I am.... He looked at the rooms. Uninterested he stepped out onto the balcony and looked at the city. "Nice...Hate to leave after just getting here, but its time I found a Partner..." he stepped onto the balcony railing and jumped from it and landed on the rooftop across from his apartment, and started running towards the school.
