I know loosing that gut takes time, so I want to start by seeing if I can make a realistic goal for myself and then add on from there.
First goal I would like to start with!
Doing at least one hour of physical exercise a day, even on my days off.
I want to try this for at least one week before making a new goal to go with the first.
I know due to muscle mass I will be big on the scale. I think I'll track my progress by waist size. Or really just by how big my gut is. I do not own a tape measurer, but I have one at work. On Friday I shall measure myself and post what size I am.
