Okay, Since I started the "Diet: thing I have lost about 4 pounds and kept it off. (I'm now at 147)
Sadly I have no will-power most of the time so I tend to give in at family events of even ever day things. Good thing is, I DID IT. I didn't give in today at my cousin Birthday party. Woohoo. I only ate two hot dogs and two cups of soda. Did not eat that really yummy looking cake. Haha. It felt nice that i could control myself.

Other than that I ran about half a mile today (trying to get the BF in shape too). I can't wait till tomorrow because it suppose to be in the 80's (I'm from Michigan BTW) so hopefully if it's nice out tomorrow I'll be spending it outside all day. Maybe get some color on me and my paleness.

Woot! So, Okay I went on a 10+ bike ride and I feel great. The only thing is I worry that its not helping me lose any weight and sense that's kind of the point it bothers me.

It doesn't help that I've been stressing out a lot. Or not sleeping well.

Question: What do you guys do to help you fall asleep on days you struggle?

I like to use a relaxing tea mostly. Sleepy Time Tea or just some warm milk. I also turn off any LED screens I have on one hour before I sleep. Since LED screens are actually meant to keep you awake. Oh and you could do a warm bath, that helps you relax and fall asleep as well. If you are struggling to sleep, that's my advice to you.
