BeNippon decided they shut down after the Sendai Earthquake. Most of the team quit or wanted to leave Japan(like they're save in other countries! Even here in Holland we can get a flood when our dikes break, and then my country will almost disappear. And in America things happen all the time as well. Most African and Middle-East countries are not save as well.)
It's really sad they shut down, they could've tried to start the business somewhere else.

Somehow, this doesn't surprise me but it's still sad to see them go. ><

I am also wondering what they are working on. Not many things happen in certain parts of the US. California has many empty places like the city I live in. African would be a bad idea because of all the fighting and such.

They were a Japanese import website in Japan specialised in DVD's, artbooks, japanese manga's etc. And they were pretty good when it came to prices.

That is sad to read. Maybe one day they can call come back together again and open. I can understand why they decided to close though, besides safety, it can't be easy to be running an international business right now with what's going on there.
