Why.....why are they coming for us?
We've been in hiding for so many years, living a normal life, and they killed us one by one. I was the lone survivor, when they came after my family.
I'm hidden again, but somewhere more....sacred I guess you could say.
But....when will I be safe again? Are there more like me somewhere?
I just don't know.
At the end of the second cold war, nuclear warfare erupted, but only one nuke was fired.
But that nuke killed the minds of so man
Only a few can stop this, only one who knows how still remains.
One survivor trys despretly to stay alive, but they're alot of those zombies out there.
Zombies, brainless servamnts of the master of their cult that's all these things can be classified as.
Anyone who fought back was eleminated, as far as i know i'm the only one who made it, but i'm going to the one place i know is safe...

poisen fills the cup of the carpenter. Goren ran, not knowing what else to do, he just ran. He knew of one place safe from that damn cult. The cultists were forbidden on entering other holy land unless they got direct permisson. As he enterd the church doors, he look around, there had been obvious signs of someone here recently. He was tired, and bleeding, he was weak, he didn't care who could be hear, they were better then the cultists, they had to be. He took about five steps before he collapsed onto the curch floor. I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

What....what was that?
Carrie's ears perked up to the sound of something hitting the ground. Her tail bristled in fright, not wanting to move from where she had hidden.
What if it was a trick? What if it was something to pull her out of hiding?
Though she didn't feel any bad vibes, but then again, she wasn't sure.
Before Carrie could get up without being heard, she flinched in agony. Slowly day by day, the wings on her back grew. She was probably one of the only ones left that are like her, but how would she know?

poisen fills the cup of the carpenter. After building up a bit of energy, he picked himself up of the ground. He knew someone was here, but it didn't feel very hostile in the air. "It's okay, i know you're here, i'm not here to hurt you.." he said aimlessly. He knew someone was here, he set his katana down and backed away, not knowing if someone was watching him or not. I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

Carrie slowly rose from her spot, peeking from the doorway slightly to see who was there.
"Who are you? How did you find this place?" she asked a bit timidly. She had no idea who this hedgehog was at all, though he didn't seem like a big threat.
Actually, he seemed to not be a threat at all. But she couldn't be sure still.

poisen fills the cup of the carpenter. "My name is Goren, i used to live around here, this place is holy, i knew those cultist wouldn't come here." he answerd swiftly. "Now, i can help you," he offerd, he wanted to stay but not if it meant trouble for others. "I know how to defend against, those things.." he informed her. But he was weak, and not willing to really argue, "I'm just trying to survive..." I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

Carrie sighed with relief. So she wasn't the only one.
She came through the door, looking Goren straight in the eyes. Her right jacket sleeve was torn as well as the front of her shirt. Blood covered her back, the wings that grew there giving off a skeletal appearance.
"You're not the only one trying to survive. I've been in hiding for almost two weeks now. They killed my family and they nearly got me......" Carrie's eyes filled with pain, her back stiffening. "If you do know how to defend against those things, I may have no choice but to trust you for right now."

poisen fills the cup of the carpenter. Upon seeing Carrie, Goren's eyes widend in shock. "My god, What did they try to do?, put you in a blender?" he said seeing her. he didn't look much better, his clothes were tatterd and torn, his fur was blood soaked, his left arm was skined so bad you could see the bone. "here, i've got a first aid kit in my bag.." he said, sliding the one stringed holster off his shoulder. He took the medical kit out and procceded towards her, "You're lucky to be alive, im surprized you managed to escape..?" I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

Carrie's tail furrowed for a moment, but her tenseness had left not too long after.
"Th....they attacked me that two weeks ago. One of them had jumped on my back, and they started to dig their teeth into me....I'm....I'm not sure how the wings got there though...but I think one of them must have done that...." she explained, sighing. Carrie was uncomfortable takling about this, but she knew she needed help, no matter what it took. "My...my name is Carrie....Carrie Rosethorne. P-pleasure to meet you...."

"These... things don't give you wings.." he thought for a moment "You sure you didn't just have to much redbull?" he joked He dipped a white cloth in the alcohol, and proceded behind her. "This is gonna sting a bit..." he placed it over the gash in her back. "Rosethorne.... i've heard that somewhere before..." I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

Carrie hissed in pain a bit, the alcohol burning in her wound.
"I didn't drink anything for a long time now. I'm not sure how these came to be, but it must have come from somewhere....." she said in a strained tone of voice. When Goren had said she heard her name from somewhere, this only brought ive to her veins. "You've.......you've heard of me? But then again, my family line was pretty well known...." Carrie then sighed.

"How long's it been since you drank or ate anything?, or even slept?" he asked worriedly. "And sorry about that, but you don't want that wound to get infected..." he informed her. Are you cut or bitten anywhere else?" ha asked ontop of his prior two questions. I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.

"Maybe two, three days tops." Carrie sighed. She pulled her sleeve up, noticing the large gash that was there. It seemed she didn't realize she was hit there also, and it must have gone unchecked. "This is probably the last wound. I....I can't be too sure...."

"Now, you should be good, i'm gonna go scavenge a few buildings to see if i can find food, i think the church has a tap foaucet in the back" he informed her. "if any of those cultist come," he took out a handgun and put it in her palm, "Aim for the head" he said, locking eyes with her for a moment. I can see them everywhere,all around me they're waiting for me.
