It's pretty darn good. I don't know if I would classify it as a real VN, though - the game has a lot of actual gameplay.
Basically, you play as a recently-deceased guy who becomes a ghost and has the ability to travel back in time three minutes through other ghosts in order to manipulate objects to prevent their demise (like causing a ball to drop so the person bends down to pick it up, making the bullet that shot them pass harmlessly over their heads), thereby changing the person's fate.
The story is really good, especially if you like time-twisty plots. <3 And the character animation is seriously amazing. Every motion is a real joy to watch. I highly recommend it.

That sounds like a lot of fun! I remembered playing Time Hollow and being...somewhat impressed by it, though it didn't seem particularly awesome to me, but this one sounds like a lot more fun.

Yeah, Time Hollow fell flat to me for a lot of reasons. The art and character designs (and personalities) failed to impress, the story wasn't particularly compelling, and the "gameplay" was so tacked on that it just made it seem contrived. :/ The whole game was lukewarm and tepid in every way. Was there even music? >_> I can't remember.
Ghost Trick is definitely a lot better, and it's by the original creator of the Ace Attorney series, so you know it's going to be lovably quirky at the least. C:

Time Hollow's music wasn't bad by any stretch. It was one of the few aspects of the game I really liked, but the rest of it, I agree, seriously needed some tweaking. But the AA creator was behind Ghost Trick? Now I HAVE to play it.

I love Ghost trick^.^ One of my favortie ds games. I even cryed at the end of itXD You just end up caring about everyone in the game.

It's from Fairy Tail. It's very funny and had me laughing from the first chapter whee Lucy is a "Stellar Mage Spirit" and her summon Aquarius really hates her.
