You/We have a welcome PM plan. If it's in use can we add a hacker warning (for Gaia in general, not just this guild), and a report strategy added into it?
It may help people from getting scared off. We had placed notices in the guild but they seem to have vanished... Also newer members may not have decided/known how to access them.

well other guilds I've seen have like weekly announcements. I think that after not seeing the guild for awhile we forget. If ya'll (yes im from Texas) had more contest or just small small give-a-ways or games or a RP. I think something like that would keep people active.

Your idea is good so please take my comment as positive. We have a lot of contests, give-a-ways, and games. As yet we don't have an RP. Your idea makes me think we need to announce these as weekly in the Guild announcements so that people rememmeber to visit...
