Excerpt from Raiten Ka's guide:

* - The developers are still working on the glitch that causes people to have missing Mogas. It is unknown when it will be resolved, but please be patience as they are working as fast as possible.

* - Warning about the Mogas with Confuse/Time Warp/Disease. Do not catch those that has them when your Moga is under these skills.

So be careful about the moga you catch. You don't want to waste your precious star seeds ^_^
