eek Does anyone know anything about Zyprexa, Risperdal or Seroquel possibly being linked to Type 2 Diabetes? Internet Drug News

I've heard a lot about it, but I was on Zyprexa for quite a while and didn't have any problems.

Nightmare.Love Oh oh oh I know! *reads tons on the a-typical anti-psychotics* They raise bloodsugar levles, and cause weight gain. Dido seroquel does that. I take 400mgs of it myself .But as long as you keep and eye on that and if you are a couple pounds overweight take a salsa class or something to take those few pounds off. And if when you get depressed you gain weight even more so

Yes, I'm pretty sure it causes diabetes. I mean Ive been on .5 mg of risperdol (or however you spell it, and its a low dosage because it was prescribed..like two days ago). And flipper! I've been sluggin down water and food like no other.
