Bio:When he was a young lad, he wasn't much good at anything except preaching, and, as such, he decided to be a preacher. He did exceedingly well in the job, picked up a massive following, and became very dedicated to the job, being one of the most devout in the faith, however, his life as a priest was not to last.
During one of his more powerful sermons, a hell-mouth, summoned by an extremely powerful demon summoner, opened near his church to smite the congregation, but specifically to destroy Desmond himself. Desmond, not being any sort of a fighter, didn't know what he should so, so dropped to his knees and prayed to the lord for the wisdom, knowledge and power to defeat these enemies of his and defend his following. An angel descended from the heavens, bringing with it the blessings of God and the gift of strength to Desmond.
He rose to his feet with these new blessings of strength, wisdom and power and set himself upon the demons that had ravaged his people, all the while, reciting the lord's prayer in Hebrew. He emerged victorious from the battle and had a new found purpose for himself. He couldn't allow such an attack to occur on another following again, so he set out into the world to rid it of evil, once and for all.
Powers/Other: He's extremely devoted to his faith, and it allows him to perform miracles. His prayers for assistance in defeating his earthly foes are often answered.
Weapons: Sword of the Light of God, Shield of Faith, Holy Armor.

Name: Isaac Carson, Better known as Isaac the Wanderer.
Age: 50, looks only to be about 18
Race: Human/Trace amounts of elven
Faction: None Yet
Profession: Traveling Monk
Bio: Coming from a long line of faithful priests and missionaries that preached the word of the war god. For centuries these families instigated wars between neighbors, cities, or even nations. Their faith thrived on chaos and the money it would bring to their families. Some of Isaacs own ancestors are the reason why Invictus is in such turmoil today. His family had traveled to Invictus to insight the chaos to fuel their greed and their power, however during the initial war when the factions first were forming Isaac’s mother fell victim to a stray arrow and a deep secret was revealed to him.
His mother was half elf, so that meant Isaac retained some of his mother’s lineage within his very blood. Isaac had never agreed with the nonsensical violence of his father’s faith and once he learned about his blood relation he realized it was in his blood to love and save not hurt and hate. Isaac took this as a sign to move on to a better place. Before his mother passed he made a vow to follow a way of peace and try his best to preach that word.
He left Invictus forty years ago, and now he is returning to try and return the calmness and the sereneness of the past back to this chaotic city. Due to his elven blood he has only aged twenty years since the last time he was here, and he plans on dedicating his life to leave his name in the history books as the man who tamed the untamable beast that is the chaotic Invictus City.
Weapons: He uses several kinds of summoning scrolls to conjure otherworldly beasts such as a guardian phoenix of blue flame as a direct attacker, a large guardian white elephant that can be used to break down practically any barrier, and huge white gorilla that is his guardian animal and can defend against most magical and physical attacks.
His only physical weapons are two gauntlets that he wears, they are skin tight and are magically augmented to deflect spells away from him and back at the caster. They are light as a feather and yet, they are harder than steel, allowing for his perfect mobility while in combat.
Abilities: Uses a multitude of martial art styles while fighting; he can summon his three guardian beasts; He can also bend earth to his will, he is a monk of peace and earth and using his earth skills can use earth for defensive or offensive tasks in combat.

Desmond was walking into the city. He didn't have much reason to be in this particular city, other than he was following a dark aura. It wasn't a particularly large city, and was a little run down. He figured it might be due to this demonic presence that he felt so predominant in the air. His own aura kept the weak and invisible miasma at bay while he searched the area. He figured it might be some sort of mind warping demon, instead of the usual lower-class demons that destroyed people through strength, as it seemed that the people were being effected by its presence. They sinned nearly literally in the streets, in broad daylight, in all manners of horrid shows. He cringed at their obscenity. He didn't know how people could be so vulgar and indecent.
He noticed that he wasn't the only one of holy origins here, although he might be the only one that realized that there was a true demon here. He could see ahead in the town's square that there was a man ministering to the multitudes of people around him. Desmond assumed that this man was trying to get these people to turn from their wicked ways to loosen the wicked hold upon the city. He kicked a pebble as he walked into the town's square. The demon would come towards a holy minister in order to drive it away or kill it. He kept his senses open for it for when it came. He knew he should have told the man up there that he was being used as bait, but he didn't want to interrupt him while he was going so strongly.

The muscular and tan man stood in his normal attire. A brown vest that revealed his muscular torso that also allowed him to put a hood to mask his facial features if needed. He also wore dark brown shorts, which was odd considering it was the mid winter season so many of the cities inhabitants looked at him as if he was a nutcase, but when people noticed he wore no shoes he got even stranger looks.

He stood in the middle of a crowd in the towns square. Despite the frigid air that had set into the town a few days prior Isaac had a hue grin on his face and his charismatic attitude seemed to radiate not only from his words but from his very body. He was speaking not in the typical missionary way but almost as if he believed everyone was truly equal to the core in his eyes, "Listen my friends! There is an evil here that is tainting you to your very bones! Do not stand with it! Find your inner strength and ally with me against it! No mortal deserves to be subjected to the torment that is evil! This demonic aura is only leading your beautiful city to the ground! Do not let it destroy you!"

He moved around a lot through the smaller crowd that actually was gathering to hear him speak while he tried to intermingle with passerby's as he spoke. His back had a few water flasks that clanked together as he spoke and three bamboo scroll containers were tied to his belt that made light noises as they banged off each other as well. Isaac's hands were wrapped from knuckle all the way up to about mid forearm with a off colored looking cloth. From the sight he looked as if he was a traveler and a very energetic one at that.

His eyes lightened a bit when he felt the presence of another holy man nearby, and his voice became even happier. "Seems there is another here like me! Step forward my comrade! We shall fight sin together in this city! There is no fate that you are here while I am here!

Desmond watched the man curiously as he was wandering around, the canteens and bamboo shafts clattering together. If he listened carefully, he could almost recognize a pattern to it and make it into a music. He had started to sway a little to it, his armor scraping a little adding to the noise. He enjoyed music greatly, especially worship. He didn't feel the cold much through his plate, as his body heat kept it well heated. It was then that the monk called out about there being another holy man there. He didn't know what else to do but to step forward, his full plate clanking at each step. The sword at his hip swinging and tapping his leg as he walked, a little shaken that the man had noticed him. He placed his hand on his blade to get it to stop swinging much. As he walked to the monk and stopped, he had become a little more comfortable, though people had their eyes on him now, instead of watching the monk. He guessed that they didn't see very many of his kind here. When he reached the monk, he reached up and removed his helmet, revealing himself as the young spirit that he was. "I am Desmond Delion. Paladin of the Creator. On a quest here to destroy a demon." He nodded to the monk as a fellow spiritual follower.

He had stopped when he heard the clanking of armor and saw the man approaching him. When he stopped in front of him and he spoke Isaac opened his muscular arms and clapped him on his shoulders and as a result the sound of metal echoed slightly through the town square. All eyes were on them now, "My friend, paladin you may be were you are from but in the eyes of the creator we are all equal! The only difference in man is a believer or a disbeliever both are loved by our creator! My name is Isaac, pleasure to meet you here on my quest to bring about the justice of tyranny in both the human world and the spiritual world! The demonic aura in this town drew me in like a moth to flame and it would be my pleasure to have you beside me in this conquest of righteousness!" He admired the youths spirit and also took note of his slight uneasiness that seemed to be steadily fading.

As the two talked with each other about demons and monsters among them, a few of the spectators broke the charismatic spell that had enthralled them while it had been directed at them. A few of those stayed around, wondering if there might be some other types of entertainment to be had in a moment, others left, believing the sermon was over. Others that remained showed fear at the talk of demons among them. Desmond was baffled by Isaac, as well as fascinated in his enthusiasm at the prospect of a fight. "I would be honored to have you fight beside me, friend." He clasped the man on the shoulders, his gauntlet clad hands making the sound of a sharp rap. "But I cannot allow another man of the holy orders endanger himself in my quests. This shall be my quest, and it is to defend all of those that preach the gospels." He released the man's shoulders and turned away, intent on searching the city further for the demon so that he might slay it and free the city from its hold and to protect this man from any harm of being attacked.

Isaac looked young he aged much slower than humans due to his heritage, so when he was hearing the man talk about protecting him from harm he let out a laugh that only an aged older man could do properly, "My dear boy! It is I that will more than likely be protecting you!" Isaac spoke in a happy tone that also carried the confidence of a man who had seen many battles of different magnitudes. "Let me show you what being young and naive can do to you!" His smile was huge as he removed his back various objects in it clanked as they hit the dirt beneath their feet.

Even though the air was cold it really had no effect on his thick skin, he removed the vest he wore and turned around to display a large grotesque scar that started from his left shoulder and traveled all the way down to his right hip and slightly wrapped around and disappeared beneath the waistline of his shorts. Replacing his vest he turned around and smiled, "So you see Sir Desmond, I have much more experience with slaying evil than my appearance shows. This scar was almost the end of my life when I was but a boy, do not make the same mistake as I did and make a mistake that could cost your your life."

Even though he spoke with a very earnest tone, Isaac's charismatic personality never left his face or body language. "Besides I already know where to find the demon, you have just arrived. I think keeping me around would be a wise investment yeah? Don't worry should trouble arise I can take care of myself." He smiled at the paladin.

Desmond viewed the scar. Viewing it decided things for him. "That just gives me even more reason to try and stop you from fighting. You are previously wounded." He laid a hand on the monk's shoulder. "Men as holy as you are difficult to come by. A demon of this kind of strength would destroy you." He didn't know that, but he wanted to keep the man out of the fight. He didn't even know if he would be able handle this demon by himself, but he at least he might be capable of defending this man.

This man would surely get himself hurt but Isaac had trued to warn him and for that reason he would stay close to the man. His pack may make a lot of noise but without it he could easily stay silent as he moved about the man to jump in at the first sign that this paladin may not be able to handle. "Very well then, I will let you be. But should you need my help just call out my name I'll be around." He said in his typical charismatic tone of voice. Isaac gave the paladin a light wink and as he noticed that the crowd had gotten smaller he turned and raised his voice that had a musical tone as he began preaching again! "Brothers! Sisters! Where are you all going? Have you forgotten the terror that is haunting your city! Draining your souls and clouding your judgment! Stand up against the ways of sin and rebel against the evil that is being provoked within you!" It was surprising that such a serious topic could be spoken with a tone that was as entrancing as his.

Desmond nodded his head, acknowledging the man's offer, but assuring himself that he wouldn't take it. He set off into a random ally as the man returned to his sermons. The alley turned out to be a dark one, and there was smoke coming out of the cobbles. That surprised him. He didn't expect something like that from the demon that he thought he was hunting. It might have been steam rising from the damp earth underneath, but it seemed a little warmer than it might have been with just the steam. He might have chosen the wrong alley to turn into. He placed his hand on his sword and got a better grip on his shield, donning his helmet once more, preparing himself for an ambush.

Isaac felt the man's presence walking away and he shook his head slightly. As soon as the paladin was out of earshot Isaac bowed to the people ending his sermon and began walking in the direction of the man. When he mad a few turns and didn't see him any where he decided he would get himself a better vantage point. Flexing his powerful legs he heaved his strong body onto the roof of a nearby house. The jump was incredible the fact that he landed lighter than a feather was incomprehensible. His eyes scanning about and his mind searching for the man's holy aura he looked about trying to locate him to save him from himself before anything bad were to happen.

Desmond's sense's were taut and alert, stretched wire thin, sensing to see where this creature would appear from. The alley had stopped steaming now and he glanced around. That's how he came to see a woman standing behind him. She didn't seem like much, but she was quite beautiful, though she did not dress modestly at all. He was stunned for words. He didn't know what to think at the time as she walked closer to him.
"Oh, I just love a man in armor," she said, her voice a seductive quality. "But I love them more out of it." She walked right up to him and pressed her body right up against his plate armor. "What say we go back to my place and get you out of it? Hmm?" she asked, her voice nearly irresistible.
"Ma'am, I do not take part in those carnal sins. I'm here on a quest to destroy a fiendish demon that has this city's mind enthralled." He stated it quite clearly, although his mind was getting very foggy and couldn't think well any more. He could tell that her ample bosom was pressed firmly against his chest plate and he could swear he felt it all the way to his skin. He hadn't yet registered that this could be the demon that he was seeking and she was wearing surprisingly little for the time of year that they were in. He redoubled his grip on his sword as he had noticed that his grip had been slipping.
The woman's lip started to pout. "So you would leave me all alone tonight? That doesn't seem very nice." She looked up at the knight through his face plate and saw a flash of doubt cover his face. She had him and she knew it. That's when she noticed a small twinge of pain coming from her chest. She surreptitiously looked down to see what it was and saw that it was her own chest burning against his holy plate armor. She stepped back quickly and her spell over his body and mind broke. He would be able to see her for what she truly was now. "So you're a holy man. Glad I caught that before I tried to bed you," she hissed, as she started to shed her disguise, which had, at one point, been a live woman, though now was just an empty husk.
Desmond watched her step back and his mind suddenly felt fuzzy no longer. He noticed immediately that she wasn't wearing nearly enough for the cold whether that they were in, and that she had been the one to cause his mind to become numb. He didn't know what kind of demon this was, but he now took a defensive stance towards her. And then he took a staggering step back as the shell that the demon had used fell away. The demon standing before him spread wings out of her back, each taller than he, and she stood nearly twice as high. She had horns coming from her head, though they weren't large and they only seemed to add to how attractive her overall appearance became. And she had a sort of attractive quality to her. The wings and horns were the only inhuman aspect of her that was readily recognizable, other than her infernal aura, which was slight, despite her obvious power. He guessed that she was able to suppress her aura. She grinned at him, her teeth all seeming sharp, but no different than human teeth. The worst part for Desmond was that she only wore her undergarments. His human male mind couldn't withstand the temptation much, and he shook his head to rid himself of the impure thoughts that assailed him. That's when he noticed the tail too late. It wrapped around his sword arm and yanked him up, causing him to lose his grip on his sword, as it went clattering to the ground. He tried to get a grip on the tail to get it to release him from its grasp, but it was much stronger than he. The tail raised him to the succubus's face, giving her infernal grin as she looked at him once more through his face plate. She reached forward with her right hand and removed his helmet, so that she might have a better look at him."Such a holy man, defeated by the likes of me." She was clearly relishing his obvious defeat. She then gripped his helmet tightly in her hand and smashed it into his gut, denting his plate armor, and flattening his helmet in the process. She released the grip she had on him with her tail and allowed him to fly into the air, smashing into a wall of a building behind him. The wall cracked and his head hit the wall behind him, making a harsh cracking sound, though he didn't break his skull or go truly unconscious. He then fell six feet onto the ground, where he slumped and sat heavily. The succubus tossed his helmet at him, it making a clattering sound as it landed at his feet. She gave a seductive chuckle at him. "I don't think that I'll eat you. I've just fed recently anyway, so I'm not hungry now. I'll leave you here to rot." Desmond couldn't move from where he was. His vision had gone blurry. He couldn't think straight. This time, none of it had anything to do with a spell. He didn't feel any pain, but that meant nothing. He could just be in shock. There was just one thing that he knew, and that was that he couldn't give up now.

For a few more minutes his searching seemed to be in vain as the holy man was no longer around. Isaac rested on the heels of his bare feet as he contemplated his next moves when suddenly a tremendous spike in demonic aura made his head jerk around and his hair stand up on ends. Then the sounds of battle had Isaac's full attention, with a quick turn and a lunge he was running forward. Jumping rooftop to roof top until he came across the exact position of the fight. Seeing the paladin beaten and crumpled against the wall was a painful sight, and Isaac wished he would have listened to him.

He set his pack down on the roof silently and he jumped over the demon landing between the succubus and the holy man. With his usual grin plastered on his face he stood tall and straight in front of the demon and with his charismatic tone he spoke to it, "You do realize that men normally do not find it pleasurable to be beaten to death before they are bedded by a woman, right?" Utter sarcasm laced his every word and when that mixed with his usual happiness and charisma the effect seemed strangely exaggerated. "Now me on the other hand, I like to take charge of unruly women so will you come willingly or am I going to have to punish you?" Isaac's words were slightly seductive and they left a bad taste in his mouth however he knew he wasn't acting upon any sin he was just combating the sin with a little of it's own medicine. Winking at it Isaac took on a martial arts stance that placed his left side facing her. and his right side facing Desmond.

The succubus didn't seem fazed by the appearance of the monk. She had felt his presence earlier and had planned on trying to get him to leave his holiness behind him so that she might take his body and mind for herself. Monks proved to be quite valuable in spreading her master's cause, but it now seemed that he had befriended the holy knight. How quaint of him. She'd dispose of the both of them at once. She was nonplussed by his words nor his stance. She had had monk before. She knew how they fought. And this one seemed rather inexperienced to others that she had had the pleasure of calling dinner. This monk would be no different than the holy knight, if not easier. "Oh, now. You wouldn't hurt a lady, would you?" she asked sweetly. She walked seductively towards him, seemingly shrinking, putting a pout in her lips, and putting a haze on him to get her to appear more attractive to the monk. "That doesn't sound very noble of you, such a humble, noble and holy man of the earth." She had put an inflection on her voice to make the flattery go to its utmost extreme into getting what she wanted.
Desmond couldn't see well, and he heard voices that sounded miles away, but one of them seemed familiar. It was that monk. He was here now. He tried speaking, but it came out weakly. He tried again. "no. you must... get... away... from here." He forced himself to speak the words, unsure if the monk would be able to hear his pleas, nor if he would acknowledge them. Desmond's eyes focused for a moment, just for a moment, but in that moment, he saw enough. The demon was attempting to draw the monk over to its side. He saw the monk defending him for now. He saw where his sword lay. He saw that his sword was on the other side of the succubus. He rolled over and started crawling with one arm towards his sword. He would need it to destroy the succubus and defend the holy monk. He didn't move fast, and his vision had already blurred once more. His body screamed at him now, as feeling returned to the parts of his body that touched ground and were moving. And he was glad at this. At least now he knew that he wasn't dead, that he wasn't dying, and that he really didn't have many broken bones. Still, his progress towards his sword was slow and painful, only able to use a single arm to crawl as he currently was.

Isaac had already cleared his mind before entering the battle field, however she was a strong demon and her powers were working quickly on the monk. He shook his head and the haze lifted for a second long enough for him to summon the strength to attack. He picked up his left foot and stamped the ground hard with it, the ground around the demon began to shake furiously and then began to crumble each piece that broke off pelted its way at the succubus' body and Isaac smiled lightly as hundreds of sharp and hard shards of rock began to rise from her very feet and start flying at her with dangerous speed. "I am a monk that has never tasted sin demon. It is easier for me to resist your powers." He had completely disregarded the knights plea and he then light stamped his right leg and two twenty five pound boulders raised up from the earth behind him. Throwing his fists forward they flew at the demon with deadly intent. Isaac knew finishing it quickly would only be the way to stop her onslaught.
