What this basically means is, we advertise each others guilds in our own! They advertise ours, and we advertise theirs(there is a banner on the homepage of this guild, and this thread serves to advertise RIC too).
The Random Intellectual Crazies is a pretty big unofficial guild (as in not GGN), where people chat or act crazy and smart. It is run by Raina Kraven. So, thats the downlow.
