Yes it is done, due to popular demand the new Guild is Created with more improvements than the prior one. This time if we were to restart a thread then we can easily do so without tampering with organization. The new guild can be found in this link or searching for the title in Guild Search. However there are some other things to be aware of as well:

-New setup and laxer rules have been issued. One thing to notice is you can have up to three characters instead of two.

-Characters have a designated forum along with other things, making it easier to search for certain people or shops without the hassle of loading.

-If you are using a character that was used on the old guild, it does not need to be approved, just posted in the appropriate way and then you may begin roleplaying.

-ooc and other things are more personalized.
