Damion, a young student, sleeps calmly against a tree in the courtyard. The sound of the wind running over the pond is quite relaxing.

Jane took her first step to the school's courtyard and inhaled the aroma. Pretty nice, a little pinecone-y. She smiled and looked around then spotted a boy asleep. "Pssst, hey." she whispered to him. "Hey." she said again, now right next to him. Is he dead? she thought and looked around. She found a stick, picked it up, and began to poke the boy with it.

Damion woke slowly. "Hmm? what do you want?" he said grumpily.

Jane had gotten used to poking the boy and couldn't stop poking him. She looked up at him and smiled. "Congratulations!" she exclaimed, still poking him. "You get to be my first buddy here!"

"My first friend here!" Jane beamed, excitement sparkling in her eyes. "Anyhoo, I'm Jane." she smiled and extended her hand for a handshake.

Her eyebrow twitched a litle in annoyance. "Look, don't you want a dang pal?" she fumed.

She squinted and poked his nose with the stick. "Stop yawning and actually listen." she scolded. "Like I said, I'm Jane."

Walking In Light looked around not knowing how or what to respond to the courtyard "... Wow.. how pretty.."Looking at the other students she then blushed in embarrassment and flailed "I-im sorry... If im in y-your way..just passing though.."

Damion sighs, "Can't i just get some sleep around here" as he rolled over to go back to sleep. "Name's Damion, you can both stick around fir you like, just keep it down." he said frankly.

Jane looked over at the other girl and smiled. "No problem. You can be my second friend here!" she said then turned around. Her eye twitched when she saw that he was trying to sleep. "You're not sleeping on my watch!" she fummed and vigorously shook him awake.
