Odyssey was spending pent up energy by rearranging one of the shelves near the counter. She was humming a soft song to herself. On the counter rested a golden hand mirror which glinted on occassion in the lighting when the counter or the item itself was accidentally bumped.
Each time the item was bumped Odyssey would squeak quickly place a hand on the handle of the item, but obviously it wasn't going to fall at this moment, and likely not ever. Though that didn't seem to make the blonde any less nervous.

Innumerous footfalls tapped upon the cobblestone streets that lined the shop district, each person that bustled about seemed to know just what they were there for. However, one woman, dressed in subdued tones of blues, greys, and whites. Seemed to be utterly and completely unaccostumed to the hustle and bustle of the urban setting.
She flicked her shoulder length auburn hair in annoyance and glanced, for, what she must have thought, the millionth time.
"It should be here. It would seem that I am hopelessly lost."
But, even as the following words issued out of her lips, her feet kept a steady rhythm in the direction that they so pleased, and soon enough she found herself infront of a quaint little shop called Xanthian Internal Affairs.
Figuring that this was the place, she straightened out her long dress and moved some bangs from her face, thinking she may as well make herself presentable before walking in. Even then, she was hesitant upon opening the door, but still managed to step in without turning tail and running like a beaten dog.

Odyssey had just settled a jar into it's spot on a shelf when she turned to see Nyozeka entering. She grinned happily, "Ms. Katakari? Welcome, I am Odyssey Aeronall. Glad you could make it."
Naturally she resisted the urge to pounce, glomp, or otherwise tackle the new patron, "If you would be as kind as to follow me to the counter? We'll get this all done so you can go on your way." Odyssey chuckled lightly as she made her way to the counter. She didn't like taking up valuable time more than she had to.

"Please call me Nyozeka, the whole Miss business makes me feel a tad uncomfortable, not to mention old," she said with a pleasant smile, following the self proclaimed Odyssey, all the while pondering the meaning behind the name.
Her eyes scanned the room, and found wonder in all the items that were out of place, as scholars were wont to do. She carried a medium sized side bag that held the outline of a slim case of a flute and the wider, skinnier shape of a wooden box.
The girl was obviously prepared, but still held an air of naivette. Such as those of scholars.

Odyssey giggled faintly and nodded, "Alright Nyozeka! Humfrey Two insists I try to be as polite as possible and try not to tackle people on their way in..I am getting better about it!" She says with what almost seems to be pride, she slipped behind the counter and then positioned herself to be face to face with Nyozeka.
"Now, have you any questions about the item I am going to place into your capable hands, or any questions in general?" her fingertips tapped along the surface for a moment, each contact making a sharp tap sound before she forced herself to be still.

Nyozeka laughed, spirited this one. She liked that in people, passive people made her a tad aggrivated after all.
"Well,I do have one question. What is he like? Uhm, the person that is..."
Upon saying those words her gaze fell upon the mirror and clarity became clouded with confusion. She honestly did not know what to expect of it. She was a scholar, not a socialist.

Odyssey paused for a moment and shrugged, "Physically? He was the most gorgeous man I ever laid eyes on," she giggled and blushed a little, "Personality? He was haunted, and yet a little full of himself. He didn't seem the type that would save a drowning kitten unless it met something of his needs. I could be wrong of course, I didn't get to talk to him for very long."
She did, however, get plenty of drool time in before he got changed. Not that she would mention that.
"He seemed nice enough though, and not really malicious or anything. Just a beautiful man that knew he was beautiful." Odyssey completed the explination with a nod as if to punctuate what she said.

Nyozeka thought for a moment, then smiled, already feeling a sort of bond with the man in the mirror.
"It sounds as though he'd get along fine with my dog, Tempelis. Vain little bugger that one. But I love her none the less," here she paused, trying to remember what she was going to ask.
"Uhmmm, oh yes. Is there anything specific that I need to do?"

Odyssey giggled and nodded before going still and considering the next question, "Don't let the mirror crack or tarnish. Make sure to keep it spotless to. There is a chance that if anything happens to the mirror will affect his appearance, and we wouldn't want that. Sometimes stuff that happens to the mirror may affect his personality in some way. Though for the worst or the better one cannot say, and so it is best not to risk it." The blonde explained causually. She hadn't been at this for very long and so she could not say anything is really for certain or not.

Nyozeka nodded, memorizing the instructions so as to never do any of the bad things mentioned.
"So, I guess the mirror will have to stay away from Tempelis, and I'll have to make sure to wipe all my grubby fingerprints off after I've admired it," she said with a chuckle. Knowing her, she'd probably be neurotic about it staying clean due to the warning.
"Anything else Miss Odyssey?"

Odyssey shook her head a bit, "Just give me a name and I shall set up his certificate and get you a journal for him. If you need an explination on how that works again..?"
As soon as the journal was mentioned a short man hobbled in and placed a book on the counter before Ko and Odyssey, "No time t'talk. So much research to keep doin'." He then turned and hobbled back into the back room without saying much else.

Nyozeka blinked, suprised at the sudden appearance, and disappearance of the elderly man.
"Uhhm," she said as she stared at the door way from which he came. Then snapping back into reality when she remembered what she was doing.
"Oh, sorry about that. I'm distracted rather easily. But I think I'm familiar enough with the journal processes. And, uhm, as for the name, I've decided on Ganymede," she said as she smiled at Odyssey.

Odyssey nodded and took out an offical looking certificate and filled it out and then slipped the paper into the front cover of the journal. She didn't seem to worried that either could be easily lost, she then gently put the mirror ontop of the journal and scooted them toward Nyozeka, "If y'have a box or something to put the mirror in, it may be wise to do that before you leave. Ganymede is a lovely name by the way, suits him."
If Nyozeka didn't have a box to place the mirror in Oddy was sure she could scare one up for the woman if need be.

Nyozeka made a little "oh" sound and began to dig around in her purse, shortly after which, she pulled out the oblong shape, now revealed to be a rectangular box of ebony carved with leaves and inlaid with silver moons.
"It is said that this box used to hold a holy mirror of an ancient religion, I obtained it through a collegue. I had hoped it would fit him well."
She unlocked the latch with a silver key and opened it, revealing the black velvet cushioning inside, indented to fit a mirror. And very carefully, ever mindful of her finger prints on the glass, Nyozeka slipped the newly dubbed Ganymede into the cushion. Closing and locking the box as soon as she was content with everything.
As soon as that was done she gave a pleasant smile to Oddy and picked up the book, noting it's crisp new pages. Ah how she loved a new book.
"Thank you for this oppourtunity Miss Odyssey."

Oddy nodded her head and grinned, satisfied that the mirror was going to a good home, "Not a problem at all. I am simply glad to know you will take good care of him. Until we meet again then!" Odyssey lifted her hand and waved her good bye to Nyozeka with a cheerful smile now on her lips.
This was the most wonderful job ever. Interesting people, and doing good things for others.
..She could get used to this.
