SirHiss and I have come up with a new idea, dubbed "The Student System".
Basically, this sytem allows RP members with a rank of Jounin or higher to take on 1 to 3 other RP members as students. Students will gain a new skill, depending on who their sensei is. Each sensei will teach a different thing, depending on their speciality. Their students will be able to choose a new skill of any level that corresponds to their sensei's specialty (nin-, gen-, or taijutsu).
For example, I specialize in genjutsu, so any students of mine would gain a genjutsu skill of their choosing.
SirHiss specializes in taijutsu, so any students of his would gain a taijutsu skill of their choosing.
So.....anybody interested in taking part?

We may need to add a rule or two to this thing. For instance: If a student is inactive for a long period of time, without informing their sensei, they lose their position and their skill.
