does anyone have a strange ability to pull mythics out of the first pack you buy of a new release, cause i would really like to know if im not the only one
an example of my skill
rise of the eldrazi: vengevine, transcendent master, and ulamog the infinate gyre in the first three packs i bought
core 2010: liliana vess
scars of mirroden: platinum emperion
core 2011: jace beleren

Haha, nope. I think i might have gotten one or two, but i dont think so.
You're just a freak of nature, but ya know what? I have friends that can do the same, so there are others of your kind out there.
And rather than think of it badly, it just means you are a superior breed of human. razz

out of all the packs I've pulled like... 9 out of 14 mythics...
But man, you are one lucky person. XD

Last week, I pulled the last 4 packs of New Phyrexia and got:
-Karn Liberated
-Sheoldred, Whispering One
-Norn's Annex
-Praetor's Grasp

I had a running streak with urabrask, The hidden. Opened 5 in two boxes on pre release, and then two Urabrask in my sealed pool. as far as just pulling regular money rares. i'm kidna lucky. but i think i just open way too many packs so it could just be sheer numbers

I apparently have the skill of pulling cementry ghoul out of all the rares in M12. I got 3 in my box of m12 (the only upside was each of those had a foil behind it) and then another in a random pack I bought.
As for mythics, I'm not really seeing a pattern. Except I'm usually able to pull one in every 3-4 packs I've found.
