Have you ever wanted to be somewhere during a certain time, but wouldn't want to noticed or seen. HA! Yes! You wish you were a fly on the wall. Tell me about a time when you missed out on something that you greatly desired otherwise.
Example.
It was reported that 1,900+ guests attended the royal wedding.
I wish I could have been a fly on a wall then, not only to see it with my own eyes, but to witness when it was over and all those people discovered after so many hours of sitting there needing to use the loo only to discover there is only one.
BWUAHAHA.
Also, look.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall of the millions of stores worldwide who ran out of the iPad 2 on the first morning of sale. Literally.
And see how badly Apple's sales were affected by that obvious lack of foresight - because Apple distributes it to the retail stores at their discretion, not based on store pre-orders or anything.

Not many have survived my banning them and stayed around to talk and mock about it.
Meia: I doubt very much that people talk behind your back as often as you'd think. However, I agree - it would be worth being a fly on the wall for. i've had the same thought.
