Alright, I said this once... but I'll say it again, just for ya.
The other nation's leaders are currently busy, either in real life or just constructing it... and they aren't really open yet... so, they aren't really dead (yet) because they never really gotten their life yet... so, the thing to wait for is the leaders of those nations to get their nations ready and to open it.

Well mine is ready so I was just wondering. I just havent been checking on this guild because it hasnt been as INSANELY active as everything else. >.<

Bree, you DO have the ability to send Guild Announcements. All Nation Leaders (VCs) have that power...
