• You are apply to become the strongest ninja in your village. The one that will lead all the Shinobi to in your village and help them rise to higher ranks. To become a kage you will be responsible for not only the well beings of your villages. They are also responsible for handing out skill scroll to ninja, treats, and more. You also must remember that shinobi under you look up to you and need your guidance.

Position Wanted: Raikage - Kumogakure
Why? I want to be a leader of something big and lead people to victory. I've been Raikage 4 times in other guild so I want to go try five.

As the Raikage stepped in the light, the crowd roared. They were all happy to see the new Raikage. Takuya waved and waved. But then, a loud boom was heard at Kumogakure gates. "What the hell..." Takuya said standing straight up. The men standing at the gates were shinobis sent by Konoha. 'What is the Konohagakure ninjas doing here'. One of the ninjas had reddish hair and wore the konoha headband around his neck. "Were here to take your head, Raikage!" The Red head shouted. They're were 20 of the ninjas by estimate. As Takuya got out his katana, The Kumogakure Anbu force came. They were here to assist the Raikage. "By my sword... YOU SHALL BE SENT TO HEAVEN!" Takuya shouted as he ran towards the konoha ninjas with his troops. A battle is going to rage on....

[[ The sky was blue and shrouded in a cloud of mist. Truly a sight one must see once in their life. It was breath taking to say the least. Beneath the mist rested a youth with long dark hair. His eyes were closed and his breathing steady, it was safe to say he was asleep. Indeed asleep and dreaming up a world of possibilities. The youth when not working always spent his free time sleeping. His subjects and comrades found it to be an annoying trait of his, for one of his position he could never afford to be off guard. However the youth would always come back with 'rest is a part of training' which without a doubt it was, however this youth was excessive. Many wondered how he reached such a level of skill, if he wasn't sleeping he was out with friends drinking and partying and if not that he was off somewhere slacking off. But do not get the wrong impression, many did follow his lead, he was strong and determined, smart and devoted. No one challenged his status, only complained about his behavior, which was understandable. As the youth lay asleep, the sky seemed to darken slowly. The clouds forming to cover the sun's glorious rays which the people of Kirigakure always long for. For so many years Kirigakure had seen and felt nothing but rain and gloom. Depressing to no end be assured, so when the sun came out everyone rejoiced. Normally, the shift of weather was nothing to concern yourself with, but this wasn't an ordinary shift of weather. Kirigakure had been infiltrated, the youth who lead this now great village completely aware of it's situation, sighed displeased. How he would have loved to have at least a few more minutes of rest. But now wasn't the time to be bitter over sleep now was the time to fulfill his responsibilities he had promised to uphold. His eye blue like the waters that surround the village opened, his vision returning from blur to clear. His sight of the sky being disrupted by a figure he did not recognize and the blur of silver which drove down to strike his one good eye.
Without effort the youth who still lay a top the roof of his domain, shifted his head for the blade to miss his face and stab into the tiles. The youth blinked as the attacked grunted annoyed at his miss. Drawing the blade back he aimed again at the youths cranium this time determined not to miss a second time. Smirking the youth raised both arms and slapped his hands together catching the blade before it made contact with the skin on his face. Despite his small frame, this youth was physically strong so stopping such a weak strike was like catching a falling petal. Raising the blade up away from his face the youth pressed his fingers tightly on the blade and swung forward sending the blade and it's wielder flying off the roof. Following in the opponents lead the youth with swift movement got to his feet and followed the assassin off the roof. The two exchanged a few kunai and shuriken as gravity pulled them down, both landing perfectly on the ground below. Not one had gotten a hit on each other, the kunai and shuriken left behind in the walls of towering buildings. The youth was impressed, at least this opponent would give him excitement. The foe was male and around 2 -3 inches taller then himself, he was also heavy in frame. Obviously not the type to wield a sword as his strikes were weak which did not match his frame. The man would no doubt be skilled in Taijutsu. The youth with eyes blue like the waters gave a devils grin as both charged each other, each showing their taijutsu styles to prove who's was stronger. The fight lasted no more then 15 minutes, a good attempt but the youth found it to short. The foe lay on the ground completely over taken by the youths swift and brute moves. Comrades having over heard the sounds of a fight had gathered and taken the weakened assassin into custody. As they left the youth remained in the company of one comrade who left a gap of silence before speaking. "Mizukage are you alright?" The youth with eyes so blue tilted his head as his back was towards his follow shinobi. With a wave of his hand the youth began to walk away laughing lightly. "No problem, No problem." ]]

it should be one of the most powerful and active villages here, and is often extremely important for the sake of the rp, so I want to help bring it back to activity.

Once more it seemed that sunset had come to the village of Konoha. As the sky became filled with the orange and pink hues typical of dusk all of the villagers began to make their ways back into their homes. The streets began to empty, most shops began to close and restaurants turned on their lights for the small night crowd that was sure to come. On the outskirts of the city part of the village lay the rather large and generally occupied training ground. The setting sun always brought to this place the emptying of all it's occupants as young genin and chunnin returned home to their families, it was this aspect of sunset that the Hokage most enjoyed.
Arriving at the now empty lands of the training ground she looked around with a content smile across his face as noted the recent scorch marks and other defining marks made to the training grounds by the various spars and practices that had taken place here. The Hokage walked through the area looking at the places his ninja had so tirelessly applied themselves with admiration and content. Slowly but surely he made his way through this area and to the small pond that resided int he middle of it. Stepping into the center he halted and breathed in deeply exhaling as his chakra soon began to rise. Holding his hands out at his sides the Hokage paused for only a second until a flurry of motion occurred and he appeared about twenty feet above his previous position. Looking downwards at the lake beneath him he quickly began to form hand signs and breathed in deeply, holding it for a second he rapidly exhaled and watched as a powerful ball of wind erupted outwards from his mouth and impacted the lake sending water in all directions. Forming handsigns once more he watched as the water came towards him and quickly surrounded him. Ending in the ram sign and quickly clapping his hands together fire erupted outwards in all directions and instantly vaporizing the water as steam rose around him. Slowly the Hokage cascaded to the ground and landed on the considerably smaller pond. Looking around he smiled as he prepared for the long night of training that awaited him as he had successfully completed his warm up....

"Utekikage sir someone has invaded the village." the jounin said. "Does he seem strong" Ryo said calmly. "Yes very strong" the jounin said. 'Okay i will handle it. I've wanted a challenge ever since i became the Utekikage. Tell all the troops to stand down." Ryo ordered. "Okay sir" the jounin said.
Ryo went to his room and pick up his Katana. "It's been a long time my trusty weapon. it's time to spill blood." Ryo walked slowly out the door.
he went to the middle of the village and saw the man. "So what's your name" Ryo asked the man. The man stood there quietly. "So your not gonna talk." The man still didn't say anything. "Okay if u wont say anything
i will just have to attack you". Ryo drew his katana but the man was in his face and punch Ryo in the face. Ryo's mouth stared bleeding. "You've just made a wrong mistake"......
