XXXXX ⊱ I grew up in a family of abuse and anger. Drugs and alcohol have always been present. I started smoking when I was twelve thanks to my alcoholic father. My mother was an actress, she was beautiful. Behind the cameras though, she was ugly. I don't mean on the outside, she was horrible on the inside. She did crack while my dad drank his life away-- literally. He died when I was thirteen. Mother panicked and stopped acting, she took her anger and pain out on me. I ran away twice but was force to return home on both occasions.
It was always the same, the yelling and hitting. The beer bottles shattering and tears. That was what I grew up with. I don't know if I should be grateful or angry when one night, my mother never returned home from going out to the grocery store. I was about fifteen then. It scared me when she never returned, I had no money and was eventually evicted. With no way to contact my mother or any other family members, I wandered the streets.
This man who I thought was kind took me in, to my horror, he was crazy. He found out about my unique abilities and tried to do tests on me. When I refused, he came at me with a knife. I. . . accidently murdered him. I stole all the money that he had. Then I ran, scared of what would happen, I ran away. Now I find that the man I murdered was actually a criminal who was respected by other low life criminals, I'm being targetted. Peachy isn't it? I can't go anywhere without wondering if today will be my last day. I came to Northstar mostly to find comfort and some safety. ⊰
