My dragon types are ready to go and if nothing else i am also good with electric types
or steel types

We already have a dragon type E4 and a steel type Gym Leader. If you want to apply, you must have a 5th gen team completely ready to go. Ten EVed pokemon, 3 don't have to be the chosen type, but must learn a move of the chosen type.
