-Kurt stood ready to fight and die to protect this sacred ground along with 96 other soldiers who felt the same believing holding them off here would mark a first stand agents the infection and allowing a chance to survive. So as the order to battle stations was sounded kurt ran at full sprint to a barrier of sand bags at the front gate and watched as 2 M1 ABRAMS tank rolled by and stopped a 100 feet away and kurt could hear the loud clanking sound of a shell being loaded and kurt level his M16 on the sand bag barrier and watched out through a single scope he carried and saw the distant slouching figures of the undead slowly nearing the cemetery

 Ryan sat quietly in a branch of a tree about 30 yards from the graveyard, holding his black handled switchblade as he watched the soliders, every couple of seconds glancing back at the horde of zombies advancing"this is gonna be fun"Ryan said

-kurt pulled out a grenade and pulled the pin and tossed it into the approaching zombies and ducked his head down just as the grenade exploded taking out 3 zombies and crippling 6 others and kurt popped up and began to unload a wall of lead into the approaching zombies dropping at least 6 and kurt noticed a zombie that was crouched down on and then sprang down on him pinning kurt trying to rip his guts out only being stopped by the body armor he was wearing and kurt reached down to his boot and pulled out a combat knife and began to stab the zombie in the neck into the base of the head killing it and kurt pushed it off and quickly got back up and unstrapped a 9mm pistol from his hip and opened fire on the zombies getting closer-

Kat dropped behind a white grave stone, laying a yellow rose on the top "I'm sorry about this, sir. You just so happen to be the best cover" she explained to the grave stone. A short brown haired woman popped up quickly and fired two shots off from her desert eagle pistol, "and I've defended your grave once again" she tapped it fondly and stepped away saluting it before she ran across the grass, running for the other gun sounds. Her curiosity peeked when she saw another military looking figure. She straightened up her uniform and stepped towards him, firing shots as she went. To protect both her a**, and these other guys.

-kurt watched as a projectile came racing out of the zombie mob and slammed into his leg tearing out muscle and bits of bone and being jammed into the leg and kurt fell to his knees still firing and reloading as blood began to pool under his leg and he shoved off a medic that was trying to help him and yelling that the fight was not over and he was going to stay and fight even if he died in the processes of protecting this place

A shot rang out. A zombie dropped. Another shot, and another spray of black blood before another dropping thud sound, and Mike knew he still had his touch with his sniper rifle. Each bullet pierced through the brain of the scum that had once been his dream to create, but was now his worst nightmare to live. 'Hold on, I'll handle a few more of them right here!' He pulled out a bottle of a reddish liquid with the label of "FLAMING PONY" on it, and stuck a rag in it. He pulled out his lighter, caught the rag on fire, and threw it like a molotov. The ingredients, being alcohol, red creme soda, and red bull, would create a fizzy, fiery explosion that would probably kill at least ten zombies.

-kurt watched as a flaming bottle came flying over his head and crashed to the ground setting at least 15 zombies and spreading to the others slowly and kurt just thought oh great fire and zombies how can this get worse and suddenly he saw a big a** zombie come tearing through the hord right for kurt position and he knew this could be the end unless a tank or some one intervened -

"Move!" Kat yelled darting forward, ducking just out of reach of a zombie. She fired a couple shots at the huge tank of a zombie and tackled Kurt out of the way. She pulled a knife out of her combat boot and threw it as hard as she could. It hit with a sick thud between the zombie's eyes. Kat stood and dusted herself off "Major Vondoom. US Air Force" she said holding out a hand to help him stand back up.

-kurt took kat's hand - "Colonel Ambros of the marines nice to see another soldier with there boots on the ground helping here we are starting to be over ran in three different areas " -kurt sat down and grasped the large metal piece that was stuck in his leg and began to try and pull it out of his leg and soon gave up and just looked at that pool of blood that has formed around the leg and under it-

Kat ran over to the huge zombie and yanked the knife out of the zombies skull and ran back to Kurt. Her eyes strayed back towards the tomb she had left "my whole team is buried over that way" she said gently. She wiped the zombie blood off of the blade and looked down at the metal object "do you want me to help you out, Colonel?" she asked.

"i can tough it out but if i continue after a while i will need help but i'm willing to help "-kurt motioned for a couple a guys to come over and they stood behind kurt-"we will be needing cover now miss please lead they way so we can save those men"-kurt says reloading the 9mm pistol-

Kat nodded and stood reloading in one quick movement "where are they?" she asked her green eyes turned to him. There was no saving her own men, they were already dead. And had been since they went on that raid in Iraq just a few years earlier. Kat had always sworn to herself that she would never return to the metro DC area, but when her team was wiped out she had vowed to be near them at all times.
Ooc:// Just a quick note, Kat was a special ops AF member, thats why she was thinking about raids. lol

"last we heard of that group was they were held up by the tome of the unknown soldier which on the other side of the grave yard" -kurt says pulling out a mini map of the grounds and then suddenly a piece of re-bar come flying and ramps through kurt shoulder missing bone but tearing muscle and blood splatters the map and kurt drops to his knees-
[though it looks like i'm going to kill him off i'm not i just have plans in store for kurt so i can transform him]

Kat reached out and grabbed his good shoulder "should we be going there with you like this? Send a couple of your men and I'll clean your wounds" she suggested lightly. Knowing that a colonel wouldn't take her ordering him to well.

-kurt sat down and looked at the piece of rebar stuck in his shoulder and the piece in his leg and his vision started to blur from blood loss but kurt motioned on the map were the men were and quickly sent the soldiers off to help them
[ok that seems like fun]
