If you are reading thus, you have been selected for an elite group of individuals. This group, The League f Extraordinary Gentlemen, consists of members from all over the world that posses unique sets of skills. You have been chosen because we require your particular skill set.
We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but we are confident that we will have enough incentive to convince you to accept our offer. We will be sending someone to you to see to it that all concerns are addressed and that you consider all options. Please be aware that your acceptance will be greatly appreciated. If you do decide to join, you will join the ranks of those great individuals that have gone before you.
We will be expecting to hear from you very soon.

That is the letter that every new member of the league received the day of their recruitment. Every time that a new league is called on, seven new members must step forward and accept the invitation.
In case your character somehow knew about the League here are some of the names of former members:
Allan Quartermain (Legendary Hunter)
Captain Nemo (Genius Inventor and Pirate)
Mina Harker (A Woman Transformed Into a Vampire by Dracula)
Rodney Skinner (Expert Thief and Invisible Man)
Tom Sawyer (American Secret Service Agent)
Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde (Brilliant Scientist/Extremely Strong Madman)
Dorian Grey (Immortal and Invincible Man)
If you do want your character to know about the League and you have never seen the movie, please let me know and I will write you a brief summary of what they may know.

Rules:
1. Follow Gaia's rules and the rules set up by Kawaii. THis includes keeping everything PG-13
2. No Godmodding. Everyone in this RP (except for NPC's and side characters) is just as amazing as you and therefore it balances out.
3. No killing anyone without their permission.
4. Please use proper grammar and full sentences if it is at all possible. I also would like posts that are at least one paragraph if not more.
5. We only need seven members for the League. I am requiring that every character in the league and the villain be from books. However, there are several other characters needed as well. We need at least one bad guy, one director of the League, and someone to gather all of the new members.
6. Every character needs to have weaknesses.
7. No area of expertise can be repeated.
8. PM me the profiles.
