Hey everyone! If you're reading this then that means you joined, so thank you for joining.
I want to lay down some basic guidelines for forum posts.
First of all, we should all know that we need to adhere to site rules for guild posts.
Second, when sharing sheet music give the link to a PDF version of the file UNLESS you are responding to a request and the person making the request needs a different type of file. As gaia posts don't support PDF files, if you want to provide an image of the sheet music that is also fine, just be sure that it is a file type that will show in the post. The reason I say that is becuase I use Acrobat to upload my files and I would like to keep a running database going of all the sheet music. To do that, I need the files in PDF format.
Make sure you specify what instrument the sheet music is for, who it is composed/arranged by and the name of the piece. If the sheet music came from a movie, TV show, or game, then include the name of the movie, show, or game as well.
Please start a new post for every sheet music/groups of sheet music you post. Don't add sheet music links on to other people's posts, unless there is reason to do otherwise (themed collection, request, etc.)
As for questions and discussions, be sure they pertain to either sheet music or instruments. Anything else will be deleted.
These are the basic guidelines. Happy posting!
