So I've been hopping around places and watching battles, and then I came across some battles for the VGC 2011. But anyway, let's cut to the chase.
VGC 2011 Rules*
-Only Unova Pokemon may be used (excluding Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genosect)
*aside from the above rule, the Wifi Flat Rule for double battles pretty much sums up the rest of the rules for VGC 2011
