Hi, for those who are into musicianship, what instruments do you play? I'm thinking of getting back into keyboarding/piano. I tried guitar and wasn't good at it. I tried bongos and was ok at it. I tried when I tried my first instrument, clarinet, but was terrible at that and hated the need to breathe the sound. So I obviously wouldn't be a good signer, though I read my poetry with emotion.
So what do you do also if you do other arts, as well or instead?

I play the Keyboard and used to play the Recorder.
Bet I could still get a tune from the Recorder. You never forget how to play.
I tried the Clarinet but it was hard to cope with the reeds, couldn't get much out of it. lol
I don't play in front of an audience tho. Just for pleasure.

I used to play the clarinet/piano/recorder/flute.
But yeah. That kind of stopped when I got to High School.
A few friends are currently attempting to teach me how to play bass.
Umm... I can play the first part of Brainstew? ^^;;

I play piano, though it's been years since I've had formal lessons. I used to play violin, and though my teacher said I was a natural, I never really felt that I got the hang of it.
My little sister plays clarinet, and she's made me want to learn it...but I don't have the time at the moment. Perhaps once I've finished school...?

I used to play trumpet, and next year I'm going to learn guitar.

I play the clarinet and recorder, and then I'm attempting to learn keyboard, guitar, and violin on my own. Not working out so well though. ^_^"

Bass guitar. 3 years. Need to improve. Still not very good as far as bassists go. But I'm picking up. MUST LEARN SLAP scream

Right now, I'm still learning piano/taking lessons. I don't like my new piano teacher, she bites >.O
I play piano for orchestra and I take piano tests (in summer, level 6, going to be level 7) and I do recitals (in winter which I always mess up on because I tremble too much)

I sing and play the piano and bassoon. I used to play the bass clarinet before I switched to bassoon, which, in my opinion, sounds so much better. I've written a few songs, but only one with actual music to it. I'm working on another one.

I've been pplaying cello for six years, I just recently begun learning professional level music, so yeah I consider that an acccomplishment, and I start a wek ago learning bass, currently I know a little about the technique and an F major scale. I've only had like a lesson so far and that was today...hopefully by next week I can actuallly play a song ^^; mrgreen

I have been playing violin for 5 1/2 years and singing since I was like 8... so 8 years I guess.
