Winner: Cena
Reason: Truth as champion? Yeah about as soon as Ryder is champion.

Randy Orton vs Christian
Winner: Orton
Reason: Christian was getting a push and Orton is supposed to carry Smackdown so of course Christian is gonna get ********.

Wade Barrett vs Ezekiel Jackson
Winner: Jackson
Reason Barret is stale and Jackson is big and strong


The Miz vs Alex Riley
Winner: Miz
Reason: Riley will get way over and it will look like a close match but one dirty move will save Miz.

Cena vs Truth
Winner: Cena
Reason: Two reasons. One, its Cena. Two, it would help drive Truth's character even more, making more awesome moments to come. However, I don't expect Cena to win this one clean. Isn't Morrison supposed to be back now? In any case, it will be a good showing from Truth, who will probably carry him through the match.

Orton vs Christian
Winner: Christian
Reason: Orton's in bad shape right now thanks to the concussion he had recently. While he was cleared to wrestle on Sunday, I don't think Vince wants to risk Orton getting injured even worse. A win for Christian would allow Orton to take time off to recover, and would also free up some space in the face category for someone to step up. Plus, Christian would get his title back. Its a longshot and a gamble, I know, but sometimes a risk has to be taken.

Jackson vs Barrett
Winner: Jackson
Reason: With Corre done, Barrett can move on to the main event picture. Jackson can stick around the top of the midcard for a bit, then join Barrett later. Reason being that SD is STARVED for heels (the exact opposite problem for RAW, which is lacking strong main event faces).

Miz vs Riley
Winner: Miz
Reason: It will be a good match, and a good showing from both guys, but Miz will pull something out of his hat. Also, they've been burying Miz for the past four weeks (I mean come on, a win from Piper?); he should get the win here.

Mysterio vs Punk
Winner: Punk
Reason: Lets consider for a moment that Punk may be walking out the door pretty soon. If they want to build a good title feud with Cena, it should take two cycles to do. A win from Punk would help establish him as a credible threat to Cena in regard to the title picture.

Big Show vs Del Rio
Winner: Del Rio
Reason: Personally, this feud shouldn't have even HAPPENED. Another shining example of WWE Creative not knowing what to do with their superstars. If they are considering Del Rio vs Cena at SummerSlam (and maybe having Punk join the picture), Del Rio needs some momentum.

Kingston vs Ziggler
Winner: Kingston
Reason: The man in the middle of this feud right now is Ryder. WWE seems to be hinting at adding Ryder to the US title picture, but they haven't quite decided what to do with him. I'm almost half-expecting him to make an appearance for this match, but we know that's just a fantasy. In all seriousness, since last week Ziggler and Vickie have been on rocky terms, so I anticipate that she'll cost Ziggler the match.

You know, I think Christian may actually win this. I don't know, I just have a feeling.

John Cena vs R-Truth
Pick: Cena...Unfortunately for Truth, all of Cena's future plans involve him being champion. The stupid Li'l Jimmies win again.

Randy Orton vs Christian
Pick: Christian...With two months til SummerSlam, it'd make sense to take the belt off Orton so that he can chase it (I'm talking story terms, I'd rather Orton never held the belt again). That is, assuming we actually get this match. I can kind of see Orton playing up the concussion thing so that he doesn't have to put over Christian. Also, Christian's lost the last two matches. A third straight clean loss will be the end of him.

Wade Barrett vs Ezekiel Jackson
Pick: Zeke...With Corre broken up, Big Zeke's going to have an easier time beating Barrett.

The Miz vs Alex Riley
Pick: Riley...A long shot, I know, but the way I see it, they're putting a lot of stock into Riley, and to blow it on a loss to the Miz would seem crazy. Granted, they could easily do a Miz screw over (which is probably what will happen), but considering they were talking turning Miz face by SummerSlam, I think a loss record as a heel may be the start of his face turn.

Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk
Pick: Punk...I think they're planning for a Punk/Cena feud at the end of Punk's contract. That means Punk's going to have to gain some wins to stay relevant.

Big Show vs Alberto Del Rio
Pick: ADR...If he wins clean, this will be the biggest win he's had.

Kofi Kingston vs Dolph Ziggler
Pick: Ziggler...He's been floundering since moving to RAW, so a title win should give him some much needed credibility.

Not factoring in the dark match or the late addition match of Swagger vs Bourne, I went 4-3 tonight. Hey, at least I came out on top on this one. And hey, I actually got to watch this one for a change!

My analysis, by order of appearance.

Ziggler defeats Kingston - Good opener for the PPV, despite it being something we've seen before. That's pretty much all I have to say on this one; what can I say, it was my throw-away pick.

Riley defeats Miz - Missed this one (unfortunately, the stream wasn't working too well for this one), so I can't really tell how the match went. However, I feel like Miz could have used the win while making Riley look good, but hey, that's just me.

Del Rio defeats Big Show - Cue Henry for Show's next feud (awesome, by the way, since Del Rio is finally out of that one for now), and I'll be happy with that. Much needed momentum for Del Rio.

Jackson defeats Barrett - Stream finally worked right after Barrett's promo. Not one of the better matches of the night, but one of Jackson's best matches to date. Didn't make Barrett look too weak either, so hopefully they won't drop him into obscurity like they did with Gabriel and Slater (oh, did I mention the dark match was between them and our most hated tag team?).

Santino Promo - Gonna say it: WORST. PROMO. EVER.

CM Punk defeats Rey - MATCH OF THE NIGHT. Both Rey and Punk looked strong in this match, and both guys went outside their usual moveset to pull off some incredible stuff. And the cherry on top is Punk getting the win. Punk, please stay in WWE.

Orton defeats Christian...? - Now, this match left an interesting cliffhanger with a potential repeat of the Montreal Screwjo- Oh ******** it, Christian WAS ******** over from the beginning. I should have expected no less from Orton, the man who can no sell any ******** injury he gets, to lose this one. I just hope there's some way to make this better, and this swerve just might do it. On a fair note, good match, though not as strong as the other ones (for obvious reasons).

Bourne defeats Swagger - First of all, ******** YEAH KEITH STONE! Second of all, ******** YEAH BONUS MATCH! Why these guys weren't on the card to begin with is beyond me, but hey, I won't complain. Both guys came out strong in this one.

"Obama" Promo - BARACK-O-ROONIE?!? ...Forget what I said earlier: WORST. PROMO. EVER.

Cena defeats Truth - AAAAAA-HAAAAAAAA!!!!! Finally, something I called exactly! ...Alright, well maybe I wanted Morrison to run interference and not Little Jimmy...still, just what I was expecting from this match: Truth carrying Cena's large a** across the match, only to get a last second win out of it. All of Cena's matches have been like that, I'm noticing. Gonna be honest, its getting old.

Overall - Decent, but not great. My match of the night goes to Punk and Rey, which more than makes up for the god awful O-Bomb (at promos)-a.
