Sure. ^_^ Take some time to just chill. Read a good book, play a video game that you enjoy and isn't stressful, take a bubble bath with chocolate. (Which, actually, is proven to trigger the release of anti-stress hormones. XD) Just don't eat too much, or the caffiene will mess you up.
As for herbs, try valerian (buy it from the store, don't make your own- the capsules are regulated because too much valerian can cause problems, so follow the bottle's instructions), and make a hops pillow. Hops contain an enzyme that causes relaxation- which is why beer makes you relax. Make a little square pillow of fabric and loosely stuff it with hops. The scent carries the enzyme into your nose and helps you relax.
Lavender, unless you're like me and it gives you headaches- it's a soothing scent for most people.
When you're trying to relax but stay awake, use mint and orange, especially in aromatherapy. Bergamot is a good scent as well, it lifts the spirits without causing excess stress.

Also, do a bit of phsyical stuff....like go jogging, play DDR, or go to an aerobics class, or even a relativly quick walk. That is a great and healthy way to relieve the stress. You'd be amazed what 30 minutes every day or every other day will do for your stress levels.
