Turn on a media player of your choice (windows media player, itunes, ipod, mp3 player, phone, etc) and put it on shuffle. Skip 7 songs (because my favorite number is 7 razz ). The song it lands on is your zombie apocalypse song.
Post a URL or direct link your song via YouTube and give us a summary of what you think would happen in your movie based on the song.
Is it scary or comedic? What sort of weapons would your character wield based on the music? How do you think it would end?

Chevelle - The RedWell, it's a high energy song. Slightly angry lyrics. I would say my zombie apocalypse would be very grim and dark. Lots of gore is likely. One of the lyrics says "they say freak, when you're singled out" which is highly appropriate since I would freak if I were singled out by a horde of zombies D: Umm ... weapons would be: shotguns, handguns, basically everything that has been used in a George A. Romero movie. razz The ending would probably be ... based on the mood of the song, a tragic ending. The main character would fight to the death with no fear, just anger and most likely be killed fighting a horde. D:

I would say my zombie apocalypse would be highly tragic but sadly lack the any real gore. Most likely it would focus on two people hopelessly in love with each other but too afraid to admit it to the other for fear of rejection. Then insert the zombie apocalypse where the couple get put on a shorter time limit. Weapons are likely to be improvised like a baseball bat, crow bar, really anything immediately on hand that could do some damage. The end is likely to result in tearjerker where one will selflessly sacrifice them self to save the other after admitting their undying love for each other. And close in an unsatisfying ending with the one left alive sobbing over their lost love and the zombie apocalypse still raging in the background. So really kind of lame... Can I try again?

The most I can get out of it is a race fight between zombies and humans with twilight... sweatdrop weapons: electric fences, guns, hoses, maggots, blunt objects. It strikes me as more of zombies emerge as a different race and are segregated off for being different and eating humans. A human and zombie fall in love and they begin to wish they could be the others race so they could be together. But though the turbulence of life of looking at how much they themselves and others spend most of there time constantly wishing they had something different or could be someone else. They both come to the conclusion that life is what they make of it and that if they had been born in a different more favorable position for their love, its likely they would still be wishing for something different. They accept their fate, fall out of love and move on.

Better Together - Jack JohnsonTold you! xD It's a love story about ... two people being seperated by zombies on an island reminescent of Hawaii. The male sings songs every night looking at the moon's reflection on the water, longing to be with his love. Of course the lover is on the other side of the island holed up somewhere trying to not be eaten by the horde. Weapons would be ... coconuts, ukeleles and surfboards. XD

They say... ~ Too Late - Journey~ Weapons: swords, shotguns, pipe bombs, fire axes... generally things out of any L4D game This is strange but here goes. the song strikes me as the singer singing that his would be lover should leave town as it's too late for her to change for the better. It's clear he has feelings for her but feels it would be better if they were not together. that said the zombie Apocalypse centers on the two lovers and the man is actually protecting her by sending her away, but the zombies pretty much prevent her from going anywhere without being eaten. so the man ends up protecting her and escourting her to places where he thinks she can escape from the zombie apocalypse. The two end up falling in love again, but the man remains true to his commitment about sending her away for her own safety. this story sadly ends where he is seeing her off on a boat or plane and is protecting it from a horde as she is getting a safe distance away. She sees him take a pipe bomb and lead them off but he doesn't get far before he is overwhelmed. by this time she is now a safe distance away.
