Okay, so this is the deal. Some of us are ultra strong, some of us amazingly swift, and some skilled beyond reason. Many of us have things that some cannot do, and I believe that deserves an achievement.
Put something up that you believe only you can do, along with what the person above you posted. With this, many people can learn new challenges requiring body, mind, and soul. If they can do things such as athletic feats, and mind boggling puzzles, they would be amazing in the Martial arts world.
So now, I believe it's time to see what people are really made of.
As you post, tell each-other whether or not you can do the challenges above. Then, if you're feeling gutsy, you guys can go try some of our feats.
We'll start with an easy one. Good luck people.~

Really? That's great. I've never been to an actual Martial arts tournament. Although, I've always wanted to host something like that around here. I just need protective gear, because people around here tend to get rough.

So. Today I held a 100 second pushup on my fists. Anyone do anything athletic today?

I worked a ten hour shift, then jogged home a mile and a half and did Krav Maga for an hour. And now, I'm going to collapse of exhaustion and go to sleep.

quiet_way I worked a ten hour shift, then jogged home a mile and a half and did Krav Maga for an hour. And now, I'm going to collapse of exhaustion and go to sleep. Ha, sounds like a rough day. Bet you zonked as soon as you hit the pillow. I wish they had a Krav Maga gym, or something similar right near me. But hey, I held a fist pushup for 150 seconds straight-up yesterday.<3 Keep up the hard work everyone!

That sounds like a great day. It's more than what I really get to enjoy, given my location, but I make do with what I have. But oh, how I wouldn't give to trade places with you for a day.
I've been working on my one-armed dumbell rowes. I'm at the point where I can do 50 per arm, all in one sitting, no rests. -Given a certain amount of weight suited for my body size, mind you, but enough to work till failure.-
I feel a little proud of myself. ;p

Weightlifted ( benching, squats, curls, etc ) for about 3 hours. It may not seem like a lot but my arms are dead. >,<

I'm glad to see that some people are still posting!
I've increased my max rowes to 60 per arm, with a 25 pound dumb-bell! Muscle size seems to have increased in a few areas as'well, and my static fist-pushup with 90 degree elbows is at 160 seconds held all at once!
Continuing to push my body. ;D

had a belt test last saturday. it went well had to cover all my required katas. did my performance kata in which seemed to surprise the judges. my instrutor has a weird yet cool way of judging the belt tests. he has masters and grand masters come who are from various styles of martial arts. this one we had Kenpo,LimaLama, TKD, Shotokan, kungFu-Sansu. its kinda cool to be judged by other arts and to hear them say how great we looked out there.

For the past week, I've been working a ten hour shift overnight at work. I then run a mile and a half to get home and then an hour of krav maga. That's more workout in a week than I've had in the month prior to it.
