Different gambling tournaments happen without our den. Come join, win some money. Win some ships. Win some droids.
So the rules are that you roll a d20 and add your Wisdom score. If you are a scoundrel and have taken the gambler talent you add that bonus too.
The highest total number wins. If you and someone else tie a straight d20 roll, highest winning, fixes that problem.

The Tournament on right now is a 13 table event. You can only enter with 25,000 credits. Once you have no more credits you are asked to leave. You can not leave your table until you have no credits or you are the only one at the table. If you are the only one at the table you can take your credits and move to a new table.
To make the tournament faster bets must be a min of 1,000 credits and to keep things from getting out of hand a max of 1,000 credits.
