Preface
Let's face it, text can only go so far. No matter how great your description is, everyone wants to see what your character looks like. This is where this thread comes in. I've created an 'official' guild character card that can be added to your profile and used in your signature to link back to the guild and/or roleplay.
What to Do
First off, you need to visit this link.
This will take you to my mediafire file hosting site. From there you can download zipped files that contain screenshots of every possible character design in PSO. It has every outfit, hairstyle, body style, etc for each character (as far as I know). I found these images on a Japanese PSO fan website and copied them for my own archiving purposes, sadly I've lost the link to it to direct you to the original source.
So, download the file with your character class and look at the images. Each file should have a few images. You'll need to send me (darkmag07) the name of the image and the number of the character/design you want. I did not number each image individually since it would take a long time and I figured your common sense would be enough to start at the top left with 1 and then continue across and down until you got to the desired one. There is also a file called "trainervsfaces" that you will need to view online.
Using my FOmarl as an example, this is what you need to submit to end up with something like the card below.

Additional Description: Rika is similar in appearance to Tifa from FF7, she is generously endowed. She also has aqua colored eyes. In my image I would like her to be posed without her hat. Everything else is up to you!
-So in this case, I picked a light skinned character with green eyes and a dot on her forehead.
-In the second image I indicated she had the medium, flared hairstyle and also indicated the color I desired.
-I found the costume I wanted in the second image, so I skipped mentioning the first ("fomarl_03cos_big01") and picked the aqua blue and white costume in the second file ("fomarl_03cos_big02").
-I use the Pokemon "Trainer VS" sprites as the base for the custom sprites I make. Again, reference the pose you want from there. If you have different VS sprites you'd like as a base, link me to an image and I'll see what I can do.
-I then included my own reference drawing. You can give me as many links as you want to other images of your character.
-The last section includes any other details you find relevant to my post.
Copy and paste the code below into your message for somewhat easier requests. Make sure to edit in the correct file names for your reference images otherwise I won't know which one to use.

Artist's Corner
For those interested in making their own cards, I've also got all the important files available in my mediafire. Visit this folder to find:
-A blank card template saved as a png (also below) for those without Photoshop
-A Photoshop (CS5) file with almost everything already done. All you need to do is edit some text, import your character image, and turn on or off specific layers.
-A zip of the PSO Brush set for any other editing needs. This also has the official PSO fonts inside it.
Card Updates & Creation
Cards will only be updated at major level intervals. These intervals are at 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, and 200. If you want an update on your card PM me. Updates depend on my schedule as does the initial card creation, submit a request and I'll keep it logged in my personal notes and get to it eventually. I'll edit the topic title when things seem to be too busy for me to do any updates or new cards.
