Kiyuki was a rouge shinobi , killing multiple ninja from each and ever village. Until his cousin Katsumi and him came in contact in an unfortinate situation. He then turned himself in and was in the prison for 6 months in the harshes situation, and was released by the Hokage's assistant, who he killed a week leader and went into hiding. After a year of hiding, He went to the Akatsuki and saved a life of the leader, and he went back to the leaf.

Through out all of his life he has been a calm killer. Since the age of 6 he's had his murderous lifestyle, starting with two men and a woman from the leaf.

I hate to be critical unless it's someone I know actually likes constructive criticism... but on your second toon it says under weaknesses that he can't use chakra. You realize that means the Sharingan would kill him when he uses it. ganjutsu and ninjutsu do not work. The purpose of putting blood onto summoning scrolls is to activate chakra through that blood therefore he can't summon anything. Look at Lee or fuzzy eyebrows. He uses nothing but Taijutsu. that's all you character can use if he can't use chakra. Your sword uses a genjutsu but as stated all genjutsu whether activated by item or shinobi requires chakra from the user. I personally am bringing this up because you character is completely countered by this. A sharingan requires a very large well of chakra and complete control over a persons chakra. Especially if you try to us Susanoe (sp) Just to be active in the Sharingan mode requires a powerful use of chakra. Therefore if your character can't use his own chakra the Sharingan would kill him the instant it turns into sharingan mode.
