Saying right off the bat, I'm totally grateful and indebted to Empress_Kat for making this subforum. Just to get organized, I thought that I'd like to hear what type of RP everyone would like to see get going, basically, so this, I guess is the place to toss around ideas and see who's interested in doing what.
I ask that, in this thread, don't come in and just say "yay RP's!", because that's not going to get anything done. Please come in with a suggestion on what you'd like to see get started though, okay?

I don't know if anyone else would be up to this but I'd throughly love to do a rp with DE during their time at school. Pick a character and rp them.

It would be interesting, but I think a lot of them went to school at different times, didn't they? Cool idea, though. And we can always make it AU so they're all in school together.

Baroness_Nox It would be interesting, but I think a lot of them went to school at different times, didn't they? Cool idea, though. And we can always make it AU so they're all in school together. Anyone else? Actually, almost all of the DE's were 1st years whereareas Lucius was a 7th. Tom was probably out schemeing... Well, at least all the important DE's were in their first year.

Yes we could do that, but being the official Gryffindor and all... *ahem* Well... I just don't think you're characters would appriciate the complexity of mine... No offence to DE's or Slytherin's you have my love. Well, Slytherins not exactly all the DE's... Although... Death... Anyways, I'd like to do the Maurader's. (Ahahahaha! Kinky!) I don't know what it is that fasinates me about them... Perhaps the Gryffindor-ness... Or perhaps the basically cannon slash... I can't really decide... But that's just a thought. My goodness, I use "..." way too much... Ah! I did it again.

Well... I do love the Marauder-era RP myself, provided I get to play the teenaged Snape. (I've got experience in it, ask Baroness_Nox.)
I also like the idea of having a variety of RPs going at once, for several reasons. One, it gives everyone a chance to claim a character they like, because if someone's claimed in one storyline they might be available in another (example, someone could play the teenaged version of Snape in a Marauder-era RP, and someone else could play the adult version in a present-era RP). Two, if one of the RPs falls into disactivity for whatever reason, there are still others to play with.
But basically... I'm up for whatever, as long as people play with me.

Say that Sirius still ended up in Slytherin.
Or Harry ended up in Slytherin.
Something among those ideas, if anyone is following what I am trying to say that is.

I like all these ideas, they sound like fun. I encourage anyone who has an idea to start a thread for it. Go ahead, I'm certainly not very good at it. Roleplaying, yes. Actually starting a roleplay, not really. This is why I have the rest of you here.

I agree with the idea taken on by Dark_Slytherin and already have ideas formulating as we speak...I've got a whole bunch of RP's going on in a different site, not really in Gaia so I'm not so sure how they work here. Obviously different so I think I'm probably going to wait a while before sending myself back here to check up on that RP...

I say we start rpging, truly. I've joined one, if or not accepted I'll start later tonight rpging, even if by myself, it might get some motivated to join in, thus making it grow.
