The Leaders on this circuit that get recruited will get creative freedom! this stirs up the competition making you difficult to analyze. meaning, this league wont be easy.
I assume the stronger trainers will come to get these positions quite quickly. :BATTLE RULES: -Leaders-
1. freedom of pokemon choice (a battle strategy shout out is optional)
2. Choosing your Town. (if its already taken, chose another)
3. you need to create you own badge and trainer sprite!
< sorry kids, I will not make them. its more creative to make your own. they only take a few seconds to do. PM them to me when your done with them so I can post them here!!!!>
4. Freedom of double/single/triple battles upon negotiation.
5. You can challenge each other
6. let the public know you're a leader! post in siggy, and try, if you can, to give it a hyper link to this web page.
*7. Gym leaders can no longer compete for each others badges. ( I was an idiot to even consider this in the first place) so If I see anyone else's gym badge ANYWHERE, whether it be in post borders or siggy, you'll be kicked out.
*8. Badges earned will be given via URL through PM. If a person has one of your badges without your ok and does NOT get ride of it I will create a black list of whom to watch out for. I will acknowledge that person next team he or she might confront me. stating copyright over this sort of thing if it does happen is unnecessary. we should be having fun. not getting a**l about things.
9. Freedom to open or flat battle decision. if trainer can only do flat then negotiation is necessary. As a trainer:
1. show your badges once you achieved all 8 in the thread in a "ornate border" post (located to the right next to Post Action. this will grant you Elite 4 battle permission for their badges.
2. battle anyone in any order you like. must have at least 4 badges to challenge the champion
*3. Those who earn badges and are nominated Elite 4/champion and so forth will have their badge history eliminated upon entry.
*4. using a hacked pokemon (this involves hacked moves, or improper abilities that are notifiable upon action (we don't know if your ability is hacked unless its seen) will disqualify you after the match and you will not receive your badge. (this rule also applies to Gym Leaders/Elite-4) in your case, you better change it or find a different pokemon to use.)
[ ie. If your going to hack the pokemons DW ability, that is fine. But if you give
a pokemon like Crobat Speed boost, then its a problem.

ok,i made a thread with some rules i think may be good to use ,its basically chronas's rules revised and feels like its uptodate if you wanna c&p a few instead or typing

In all Reality I would prefer the addition of Smogon clauses... although some people don't agree, they do promote more fairness in battles...
specially clauses involving broken Pokemon..

Ive looked at the list of what pokemon in what area's with how many points and saw no bagon's anywhere.
