So the Nintendo E3 conference just ended, what are your thoughts on WiiU with the games they revealed, along with everything for 3DS and such, and the anouncement of a new smash Bros. that will be on WiiU and the 3DS?

It sounds great, but it is still going to be a long time before it is anywhere close to being in full swing. I like that it is basically a Wii Plus with everything the Wii should have had from the start. Like a more solid online abilities. That will automatically give the Wii more credibility and will make more 3rd party developers interested.
The fact that he mentioned a cross-compatible (meaning 3DS players can play against WiiU players) makes me excited. I am a long time dedicated Smash Bros fan. Though I'm likely to get the 3DS version.
All the titles for the 3DS were previously predicted, but seeing the new developments is great. I don't have a 3DS yet, but with titl;es like that coming out, it's only a matter of time before I get one. Specially if Capcom is getting more involved.

Its also good just to know we will be getting hardcore games on out nintendo sgain, but im highly confused about the WiiU... is it just a controller? is there a console with it? it cant just use the Wii with the HD its saying it will be using anyone know anything on that at all it confused me alot!
As well when i saw the WiiU i was thinking that looks horrible, but as they showed how it could be used i was onboard but it looks large, and like it would be heavy though hopefully they trim it down, i dont know how i would play any fighters with something like that.

Reggie just told G4 that there will be a new console wth the controller confusion slightly taken care of,it as well has 1080P graphics HD.

Yea i learned Reggie started talking to those at G4 and is helping alot right now! 1080P HD is a separate console, with HARDCORE GAMES YAY!!!!! new smash made me over excited! but as well i stated that the WiiU controller looks big and bulky and like it would be hard to play fighting games with and other such games. i mean if you drop that thing the screen could crack easily hopefully these are things they have looked into.

As long as I don't have to trade in my Wii. The new controller seems to be the biggest new feature, but it would figure that the system is backwards compatible. Nintendo games always have been. The "Hardcore" games you speak of I don't really care about because I have the PS3. Why get them for the WiiU just for the sake of doing so?
Of course, the new screen will make gaming around the house more amuzing. You can play on the new screen while someone takes over the TV to watch a movie. There is nothing stopping you!

True for that but 3rd party developers will be making specific games (hopefully) for it, but in reality i dont like the system war, we should be competitive in our games not in our system, though i know it will never happen in my opinion all three should possibly release with each other a universal gaming system it would solve so many problems in my opinion. but i know others wont agree and i know the company's would ether.
