Haima-to is just your everyday, ordinary town. Nothing much special about it. Except that some of its inhabitants are trying to organize a rebellion against the Shou. Unfortunately for them, the Shou has heard of the threat to their power. They are planning to destroy Haima-to. But none of its inhabitants know that this is coming. Most of them don't even know of the rebellion being planned right in their hometown.
