The year is 2050. As science and technology expand to new heights, and as the human race reaches new potentials, a new race is born with a child. Born with the ability to use transparent arms known as "Vectors" to pick items up, cut through them, and go through them, a threat was immediatly recognized. As history shows, every new race of human exterminates the old race. To prevent issues, the child was taken from the streets of Tokyo and was placed in quarantine so they could watch over it. 13 years have passed sinced the child was picked up. Since then, a subdivision of the new race, known as Silpelit has spiked in numbers to quickly reach 120. The new race is the Diclonius race.
Rules:
1. No goddmodding (diclonii can't block 50 caliber bullets, or armor piercing rounds)
2. No cybering (once the undies come off, take it to the PMs, or skip it)
3. Keep swearing reasonable (not every other word)
