I apologize in advance for anything you may take as insulting, however I have a need to argue any point I may argue and back up.

This guild is loosly like a buisiness or coorperation. Now, no matter what you do, rarely is there something that turns out 200% profit rate instantly. With that being said, I have to say give it some time. the chart may have had a large spike and then a drop, but it is still going up, regardless.
Now to defend, I used 'rarely', referring to the oil companies is in 1870's, where less than 100% profit wasn't considered. I'm not calling you greedy or selfish wanting for immensense turnouts, but it almost sounds like you're taking this as a need to change right now, instead of long term project. Gradual reform and slow changes (Example: Lowering the price of sealeds/letters by putting a few in the market for a few 100g less, when those are bought put a few more for less than that amount, and keep going like that. other sellers will do the same to keep selling) are what need to be done more than a simple 'sell for far under marketplace prices'. The former idea being one that could benifit the Gaia community as a whole, whereas the latter benifits some, but not enough.

This really isn't the right place to whine about that.
You should be pro-active, and join in convos yourself.
