So, last I can recall, we left most of our heroes standing among the corpses of fallen Dragon Blooded soldiers at the mouth of the forbidding Solar Tomb where they heard the Priest was hiding. Tae, Hiko and Cybran are currently accompanied by Infinite Mystery of the Unfolding Lily and Silver Bark (hammer girl).

Glad to be done with the battle at hand and interested in preparing for the undoubted battle ahead, Tabor takes the time to scavenge the bodies of the deceased. He's not sure, but with Sidereals involved he figures at least one of them may have something potentially useful.

Apart from the ordinary gear of soldiers, most of which was rent and damaged in the fighting, you find very little of interest. There are several sealed barrels in the supply house, and the dragon blooded commander is still clutching his large Jade Daiklave.

Tabor heaves a sigh wondering why he ever thought he'd find anything useful among the bodies of the dead. The barrels in the supply house however, could contain something useful.....or not, but hey, it's worth a shot, he figures.
He attempt to wrench open one of the barrels using one of his daiclaves as leverage.

As Tabor fails to levy the top of the barrel off, he notices a small seal planted on the side, though he does not recognize what it means. All of the barrels show this same small seal, and they are all watertight and are of excellent construction.

Tay raises an eyebrow at the excellent construction and interesting seals of the barrels. He knows he isn't strong enough to open them, but he's well aware of a few companions that just might be. Heading out of the supply house he heads towards the group, Hiko in particular.
Despite her warform he addresses her as he would normally, "Hey Hiko, wanna lend me a hand? I found something that....well may or may not be interesting. I don't know yet."

Hiko, now in a rush- transforms back into her human form. She then notices that Tay is struggling with some barrels. She marches over, frustrated by the delay, and attempts to pry them open so they can get back into town.

As Hiko applies her more considerable strength to the barrel, it pops open. They both recognize the substance within as firedust, a highly flammable and explosive substance, that is most commonly seen in firewands(such as Cataclysm's guns)

There's a brief pause as Tabor looks at the dust.
"Useful..." he says with a brief nod before turning back to Hiko, ""Do you still have that pair of fire wands or whatever that Cataclysm gave you? You could stock up on some of this..."
If not of course, Tay figured they could light these things on fire for other reasons and be rather destructive in general....if they needed to anyway, not to mention it'd be difficult to lug these things around with the cart back in town.
"Also, why are you in such a rush anyway?"

"No." Hiko replies "Lets get out of here, I really think getting back to town should be a priority seeing as Junko is still there." And with a swirl of her skirts she starts to march out.

"Wait seriously? But....but the guy we're after is right there in that tomb. We could literally get in there right now and take care of this...." Tay is a little peeved as such a quickly decided action to head back to town. They went through all of this for one guy they've been after for days now, whose mere presence currently had them allied to an abyssal and here was Hiko trying to get them to leave now and head back to town.....for Maiden's sake....

So, the party uneventfully returns to the village. The abyssal elects to remain behinda and "guard the entrance", though she is eying the dead or dying soldiers a little hungrily.
Upon your return at around nightfall, you find Locus tending to the villagers, and Junko up and about.

So the party bravely ventures forth into the tomb, upon entering, they find themselves in a large hall lit with many torches that cast long shadows around large pillars.
Suddenly, a hail of arrows is launched from hidden assailants, fortunately, no one is injured, or even struck.
All present see hints of shadowy figures darting about behind the pillars

As the holy light of the moon fills the shadowy hall, the shadowy figures dissipate, leaving nothing behind.
Aftyer a moment or two however, a flurry or arrows strike the source of the light, bursting into clouds of sand, temporarily blinding the lunar. However, the quick witted Sideral in their midst spotted the source of the elusive arrows.
The archer was apparently far too focused on his primary target, as the sideral managed to sneak up on him quite easily, unfortunately his armor defleclted the blow, only serving to reveal the assailants face
