"A world where pokemon and humans live along side each other? Is there even a place?
A place where I can journey along side with them not through data, but in real life.
The day has finally come where Game Freak has created a world like my dreams have mentioned.... My two-sided world."  Lame intro, but how else am I supposed to put it?

The plot here is that Game Freak has created a device where you can go into the pokemon world in your dream. So the main character, Rise, is a girl who had a life inside the walls of reality (at home) because of her sickness. Since she was small, her weak body haunted her dreams and destroyed her life goals. She was born into a rich family that doted her, but her parents were strict and gave her the education she needed. Her brother, Aenir, was a caring brother and a video game addict, but he knows how to balance things out. The only thing Rise was obsessed about in the video game world was Pokemon. Ever since she was little she'd get every game version of pokemon and put tiny figurines in order.
One day Rise fell asleep and never woke up. The doctors claimed her to be in a coma and is needed special treatment. The family was devastated to hear the news.
Game Freak has announced their new Pokemon product that is soon to be released. The product is used only when a person has fallen asleep. Aenir then had the idea that maybe he could spend his time with his sister in the pokemon world even if she's in a coma.
(Days pass) Aenir bought the the new devices and told the family about his idea. The family was skeptical about the idea, but they let him continue it. Aenir set the device on his and Rise's head and fell asleep into Pokemon's Dream World. This plot was inspired by Dream World and Half Prince (manga).
This plot isn't really "planned out" so it'd be nice if someone can give me pointers to make the plot more easier to understand (the flow).

Story: I am a strong willed girl, but my body is the thing that draws the line from normal. Since I was a child, I had this sickness that makes me frail so I couldn't go out much. I wish there was a world where pokemon was real and not data. A place I can actually meet my beloved pokemon I worked hard to raise...

Nickname: "stray" "the hax king"

Story: a care-free attitude guy how lives for battle and enjoys a good fight more than anything, he never (or at least rarely) loses his cool he is on a journey around the region searching for "someone" in the real life he is a student in the law school whit a little daughter

Role: Trainer
Story: I'm am a guy with no limits. I'm never satisfied with small goals, that is why I have vowed to be the best trainer there is in every region. I was always made fun of for my heterochromia and silver hair, this has made me stubborn and arrogant. I can also be a very cold person. I have a soft spot for different colored pokemon because I know how they feel...

Role: trainer/development team
Story: Coral works with the development team for game freak. Her
duties within the game involve reporting glitches and software
bugs to the team to be addressed. Also to get input from
players by pretending to be an everyday player like the rest of them,
to help plan future in game events and promotions.(Coral relies on three pokemon teams which she rotates regularly. her
tropical reef team consists of an Octillery, Mantine, Corsola, Kingler,
Staryu, and Cloister. this team is weak and still in major training.
Her prehistoric team leads off with an Archen followed by Kabuto, Omastar,
Cradilly, Anorith and Shieldon. However, her most advanced team is that of her eeveelutions, which she only uses in special occasions.)

Rise woke up in darkness. "Is this a dream?" she thought. She could hear her parents talking to a man. Rise hearing then became unclear and her memories began to turn into dreams. Suddenly, she hears Aenir's voice right beside her, but all she could see was darkness.
Rise opened her eyes to see that she'd have woken up in a room that she's unfamiliar with. As she got up to take a look around, she noticed the room was neat and simple with a bed, rug, shelves with books, TV, Wii, and a computer. Rise opened the door slowly and walked down the hallway to the stairs. Faint laughing and murmurs of a woman and a man echoed through the narrow hallways that traveled up the stairs. "Where the heck am I?!" Rise quickly turned around and frantically looked in every room to see if there were clues. She picked it up a round ball that she accidentally kicked and examined it. "A pokeball? The people who kidnapped me are poke freaks?" she sneered while putting the pokeball back. Stopping in her tracks, Rise realized that she's different. "I'd usually collapse when I run around the house. I feel great right now. Did my sickness disappear?" she thought to herself. A flow of courage raged through her to walk down those stairs and run out the door to call for help. "3...2...1...GO!" she yelled while running down those stairs into the living room to see a big... green... FOUR ARMED CREATURE STAND IN HER WAY!!!! "AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!" Rise yelled at the top of her lungs while running past the thing. "W-where's the exit!?" she whined while hiding behind a book shelf. "That thing looked like a shiny Machamp..." she huffed. Peeking in the corner of the shelf, Rise sees a lady in the kitchen talking to a man in a white robe that's holding a red ball. "What... a pokeball again? He must be an Otaku-- Hehe I should be the one to talk." she giggled.

Coral finished her paperwork and forms on the new changes made to the programs dealing with weather conditions for in game play. Looking over to the special bed that all the developers had in their offices to test the game and contemplated calling it a day.
"No, I promised staryu I would return and take him and the group to relax at the beach. It's strange, even though they are nothing more than data and with an AI they still seem so real to me."
moving over to the bed she pulled out the headset device, placing it over her head waiting for it to make the neural connections before laying down.
Shortly after she found herself standing in the pokecenter of the first official gym town for this region. she liked this town a lot for the beaches off route 1. she walked over to the p.c. and swiched out her teams getting her beginner team. She dubbed them this for they were all still very low leveled and still in trainning. after the lights finished flashing completing the transfer of pokemon it didnt take long for staryu to pop out of its pokeball leaping into her arms. "Oh! hahaahaa! staryu! I've missed you too. Sorry i've been trainning Kabuto and the others a little more than you guys. but as promised we are going to hang out at the beach! just for some relaxation, but I also wanted to catch the final member of your team!" the gem on staryu's center flashed a brilliant array of colours. "nope! uhn uh. its going to be a surprise! now let's hurry to the beach already silly!"
