(( So this Flashpoint thing (and I don't mean to stir trouble by asking this at all, I am merely curious), unless the comics or the people responsible for their characters say otherwise basically made all married people single and available... till fall? x'D ))

Do characters like Superboy-Prlme who exist outside of any specific universe, continuity or timeline and have knowledge of universal affairs have to change? I have an interesting story that alters his character in an interesting way if he does have to change, though.

So, for altering things. Darkness would have never lost her body in the first place and instead of the others ripping her dark soul from her body they would have purified it? (Old story line where beings like her had two choices to make and pretty much made the wrong one.) And Agatha's love life would never had been destroyed by vampires? oh, and the Aura Beings would have never been all killed off and are still alive making her have no hatred to human kind? Same goes for the rest. Although, that is something that would add an entire new race in the world that lived amongst man but stayed a secret until needed, so this particular thing I would like to check in since it is a bit more drastic in a way. It would also affect Nick Aurora to with it, so the poor kid isn't so lost.

Is there a required color code for most Amazons or can we be as creative and colorful as we like with them? Most of the ones I've seen wear white and gold.

would other comic universes, I.E. Marvel, be TV shows and movies in Flashpoint...like, Charlie has two young sons, the eldest is at the age where he would like Captain America and those heroes since Superman and the others from our world do not exist.

Gaia is basically Earth,but it is the Earth of a different dimension known as the Gaia Verse as for your question Charlie I'm not sure myself,you'll have to ask Fury about that one
