For the pet's rooms what all do they have? Is it just a bedroom with a bathroom or is it similar to a regular home. So would it have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room?

Yachiru Delacroix For the pet's rooms what all do they have? Is it just a bedroom with a bathroom or is it similar to a regular home. So would it have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room?
The rooms only have a bathroom and a room some may be big enough to have a space for a sitting area but living room kitchen and dinning room are provided for in the North Wing. This is to encourage a change of venue so the RP doesn't stay in one place.

well first off are we allowed to make more than one pet and if so can they share a room (like siblings) or do they have to have separate rooms?

We would like for you to enter a mule account if you want more than one RPC though so it's easier to know which is which. I believe they need separate rooms, you can have them spend the night in each other's room though.

If a master/mistress asks for you to be their pet, is the pet allowed to deny their request?

Yes and Vice versa because a pet can ask to be a mistress or masters pet.

How does time progress in the RP? Do certain areas have instances in which time skips or does it occurr in a constant fashion?

It depends, if you say a few hours from now and then whoever you are RPing with gets offline when they come back can be considered "a few hours". The time flows with the RP as your in it, so whatever suits you and who you are RPing with.
