  ----------------------------------------------- Athena pushed open the door of the church and looked inside. Then she looked down at her clothes. She had put on a white floor-length dress and now it was stained with blood and dirt. Sighing she lifted Petal down from her shoulder. I'm afraid your going to have to stay here Petal. I need to do this aloneAre you sure? Don't you want me to be there with you? Petal asked, pawing at Athena's leg.
No I need to do this alone. Athena told Petal, then quickly walked in and closed the door before Petal could get in. Then she leant against the door, to steel her nerve. Then she moved into the church and walked down the aisle. She walked up to the front, knelt down and drew the sign of the cross, then stood up and moved to the front pew, and sat down, and bowed her head, and waited.-----------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------- Finally Athena looked up. She had tears streaming down her face. She knew that she shouldn't of come here, not today on the anniversary, but she hadn't been able to stop herself. Through her blurred vision, she thought she saw a figure in front of her, but when she wiped the tears away, there was no-one there. Then out the corner of her eye she saw movement, and she whipped her head around. But again there was no-one there. Thinking that she was paranoid she turned to face the front of the church again, when there was a sudden flare of pain along the cuts that Faye had healed. Looking down Athena saw that they had reopened, but were much deeper than before, and the blood was flowing out too fast. It was then that Athena remembered the curse that he had screamed at her through the flames. She stood up and tried to run to the door, to get out, and back to Petal, but she was too weak and she collapsed in the aisle, her blood beginning to pool around her. As she began to pass out she heard his voice echoing around her mind. "On every anniversary, each cut you gain that day will deepen and not heal if you enter a church, then I will have my revenge on you." As the last words faded, Athena was enveloped by darkness.
Outside on the front step Petal was passing back and forwards, waiting for Athena to come out. Then she felt her Mistress pain, and knew that she was in trouble. Petal ran to the door, and began to scratch at it. Mistress! Open the door! Let me in! Mistress! Petal yelled to Athena, but the otter got no answer. In desperation, the otter turned to look at the town. I have to find Faye, she will be able to help my Mistress The otter thought then she bounded off to try find Faye.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I do not know my own past....
Tadashii opened the doors to the church and saw a girl lying in a pool of her own blood. "Crap" he muttered under his own breath. He took the clean bandages off himself and started to bandage the wounds on the girl. This of course revealed his own wounds but he didn't care at the moment. Picking her up he place her on one of the benches and made sure she was lying down. Then he waited for Faye to get here. Looking down he noticed that the hole in his chest was starting to bleed, he ripped off some of his pant legs and made a rough seal on either side.

----------------------------------------------- Athena felt someone lift her up. She wondered if she was dying. Petal jumped up next to Athena and began to butt her face with her head. She turned to Tadashii. Is she going to be alright? She looked down into Athena's face, What happened to you? He sat down and looked at his own wounds. There was a large cut on his right arm and a large gash on his left shoulder. His chest also had a hole in it. With a lite hearted laugh he said "I had to fight someone".

----------------------------------------------- Petal looked up at Tadashii. That was a bit silly, who was it? Petal asked tryi g to distract herself till Faye got there.
Athena could hear voices but she couldn't make herself go towards them. She was so tired. She wanted to just drift away. But there was something holding her there. She tried to fight against it, but it wouldn't let her go. She sighed and waited for what ever would happen to happen.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please wake up, I don't want to lose you.Athena heard Petals voice, and tried to move towards it but she still couldn't move. She frowned. She couldn't move either way. What was happening? Was she in limbo? She decided to just wait to see what would happen.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Faye entered the church shortly after Petal and Tadashii and ran over to the Mistress who was now on a bench. She frowned seeing that the wounds had reopened and were deeper than before. What happened? The thought ran threw her mind as she knelt next to Athena. ----------------------------------------------- The otter watched as Faye arrived and began to heal her Mistress. Faye started to heal the first wound on Athena's arm. Petal stood by knowing that she had to be patient and that Faye would heal Athena. But the otter was so worried that she kept pacing back and forth looking between Faye and Athena.
Athena felt someone touch her arm, but still she couldn't open her eyes. She didn't know what was happening. Was it someone kind, healing her? Or was it him about to take her away? At that thought Athena fought to get away from the person. Unconsciously she kicked out and kicked Faye to the ground. In the process she made the wounds worse as she fought, unconsciously, to get away.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------- Athena felt someone holding her legs down. She began to buck, trying to get free. She needed to get away or he would get her. She fought as hard as she could. And as she did, the wounds got worse, and more blood poured out of her.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
