Here's my attempt at a form of distraction for us. Our characters play the "ask whoever posted above" or whatever variant forum game. Where a person asks a question to whoever posted before them, and answers any asked to them. Serious, to silly, whatever you like. What if stuff, comparisons, movie suggestions, serious bio stuff, really, pretty much anything that's not a major insult to each other or to players. Let's keep it friendly, yes? Of course, let's use our characters as well as ourselves to keep it fun (and open a multitude of possibilities) blaugh
EDIT: And of course, anyone can jump in at any time =D

Richard: Lorelei when are you going to pay me a midnight visit to my room? Maybe I can help make you a real woman siren. I look forward to your visit.

@Bunit: Sokar: *speech imepdiment removed as it can be considered an "act" for the roleplay* Your pardon, my friend, but I am completely unsure that I understand your question correctly. If, perchance, you are referring to my awkward actions and intense unhappiness, it is merely a reaction to how I abhor living as a beast (i.e. a human) when I much rather prefer my more natural animal. And I am also not exactly of the 'chipper' persuasion either. Now, how about a tummy rub? ((not a serious question, but rather rhetorical))
@Cliff: Sokar: Ryan, do you ever wish you were half-fey like your sister? For whatever reason, not just her magic or whatnot.

@Cid: John - Hey Kirkis....is Cid telling the truth when she says you have a crush on someone? *feels embarassed for asking and looks down* Sorry! That was improper of me to ask such a question....Just ignore it!
@Bun: Soren - Tell me. What is it like being a siren? It must be quite an interesting life you live.
@Cliff: John - Hello! I don't think we have met! I'm John! But uhhh, oh right! I'm post to ask a question. Ummmm, what is your name? *knows that is a lame question*

@Cideon: Ryan: Honestly? Yes I do and not just for the magic. I feel it would probably be a lot more useful in some ways. -shrugs- Do you ever wish you weren't a werehuman Sokar or actually do you have pants now?
@ Alice: Richard: -decides to mess with John- Trey Bellerose Heir of Hubris. Don't you think you should show more respect to the Heir of Hubris for fear I get offended and take over your nation?

@Cliff: Altonair: Say, Ryan...is your sister, Naedira, prone to murderous intents to kill?
@Alice: Claus: Oi, John! Don't embarrass the ghost butler to death with questions like that please, he has an important job of being DEAD (oh, and being a butler I guess). By the way...if he does have a crush on someone and that someone returns the feelings...does that make that person a necrophiliac?

@Cliff: John - Ah crap! I'm so sorry! That is the second heir I've offended today on accident...But, yes, you are right. I should show more respect to you! What can I do to make you not upset?
@Aeon: John - I'm sorry! I was too curious! I never thought ghosts could have crushes. *feels dumb for that and tilts head* Ummm, I don't know...wouldn't that require Kirkis to have a permeant body? I don't think one could show affection to a ghost...at least, I don't think.

@Alice/John: Kirkis: Well... I supposed it used to be stronger in the past, and now it's more of a friendship (*ahem* possibly in both cases)? Actually, I can't give you a straight answer *no pun intended*, I'm not all that sure myself *grins* Don't worry about it Lord Greene, I guard my secrets much more carefully than merely the little things.
@Cliff/Ryan: Sokar: I hate being a werehuman, but not as much as I hate being a true human. These pants are chaffing me, compared to the looser clothing I'd wear as a werehuman (because of my fur). I wish I was back home with my family, maybe with a mate, never having endured this curse. On the other hand, I do admit, it pains me to imagine losing the friends I've made at Veritas' castle and the things I've learned, such as the simple feeling of happiness that comes seeing live things grow with my help.
@Aeon/Claus: Kirkis: You are an idiot. I don't even have to question it >C It's only necrophilia if I get to 3rd base, heh heh heh >}
@Alice/John (again): Kirkis: I would certainly hope someone would be able to show me affection with at least words, gestures, and kind acts, but I'm really too busy to actively pursue a true relationship. My question to you is... You are a very good brother to Lord Haven, is there anything about his ruling plans or actions that you wish was different, or think you could handle better?

@Cideon: John - You don't have to call me Lord! That makes me sound old! I'm fine with John, Mr. Kirkis! Besides, I don't why, but people aiming formalities at me...Ugh! .I just don't like it! I guess that is just me wanting to be more like a normal person.
@Cideon(Again): John - I guess if I was a ghost, I would want the same thing. But since I am not a ghost, I do not wish such things. I am content to be by myself, and since my wish is to die in battle(no other death)....having a relationship and children would not be a good idea. *raises eyebrow at question and shakes head* My brother is the man of the people. His knowledge seems to know no bounds, as well as his own wisdom. I admire him for those traits, and don't think anything needs to be changed. He will make a good king of Fortitude. I admittedly had planned to help him with the military if need be, but plans have....changed.
@Cideon(Last time): John - Though, my question back to you is this. If you had a choice between staying a ghost, and coming back to living, which one would you choose?

@Alice/John: Kirkis: Well I certainly think of you and generally 'normal'. Maybe not average, but normal fits :] As royalty, it is my duty to show you respect for your station, but as a butler, I must at least most of the time obey your wishes. Perhaps I could get away with a more familiar "miliord John"? :3 to answer your question, that's a hard choice... I miss many things from my life, but right now, they are far gone. At least dead, I not only have friends, and acquaintances, but also a sense of responsibility and duty, which are very fulfilling. I suppose I would prefer to remain a ghost, albeit one with the gifts given by Lord Veritas. My question this time would be, who's company at the castle (not family) do you find most enjoyable?

@Cideon: John - Well, it is kind of hard to be normal when you have wings coming out of your back. But anyway, I guess whatever you want to do. Though, I don't think I've been called milord before. I guess I can get used to it if you can't call me John. *tilts head* I think if not too much time passed, I would go with being living. But, I guess I could see how if you have nothing to gain and everything to lose, you don't want to risk going back to a place with nothing. *taps chin and grins* That would be Tao! That is because he quite interesting....but I could do without the flirting and his 'ways'. ._. My question back to you is this, if you were forced to stick with someone for a day, who would you pick?

@Alice/John: Kirkis: It's normal for angels, is it not? And other folk have wings, such as faeries, some demons, half-dragons, etc, yes? wink For an entire day, you say? That does require a bit of thought. I would suppose one of the guests that I am most friendly with, such as Heir Riley or Princess Sara. There's always little Ella too. On the other hand, it would be good to get to know someone who I haven't met, perhaps that elegant Heiress Dominique? She might grow bored of me, or annoyed though, and that would not do for my standing in her eyes! *laughs* For my final answer, after such babbling, I would chose Princess Sara, so as to spare her from irritation from others that would not be as able as I am to please her. *pause* And I mean that in a polite manner, not a crude one.
Lincoln: I shall take a turn then. Lady Soren, do you have any more-than-friendly feelings for your commander, Liam? If you do not wish to answer, I would not wish to presume to force it upon you.

@Cideon: John- Well, yes. It is normal among them, but I haven't encountered many angels outside of my family. I haven't encountered much of the other races with wings either. Guess you can say I need get around. *doesn't know that would be taken a wrong way* I see. *doesn't get the crude meaning of the statement* I am not sure what crude way that could have been taken, but I'll believe you when you mean you meant it in the polite way.
Soren - No, it is fine. Our relationship is strictly platonic. He is my commander, and I am his subordinate. I would not want to have it any other way. I guess I shall take a turn at this as way. Prince Lincoln, what are your feeling towards Princess Lorelai? I will extend the same courtesy to you. If you do not want to answer, you don't have to.

@Alice/Soren - Lincoln: I see. As long as this remains in the OOC threads of fate, rather than IC, I shall tell you. I feel she is a gentle soul, and a kind woman whom I believe would calm my brother in a good way. She is also very beautiful, her voice only adding to her allure. I also feel an unquenchable to desire to snap her tender little soft neck, or to rip out her heart and watch it stop beating in my hands. ... ... However, I am almost positive I will be able to control my urges.
*looks thoughtful* Hmm... Well, if you were stuck on a deserted island, would you prefer someone you abhorred just to have someone to talk to, an endless supply of your most hated food to survive on, or the chance to be rescued even though you would infect your rescuer with a fatal disease?
