Old one was cluttered... Current mods need only fill it out if they want.

Two weeks at most.

Everyone.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Private Message them to fix it ,nicely.

Immediately ask them to stop and inform the captain and/or vice. If they continue warn them about banning and it goes on longer ban them.

How many hours a day would you say you're on Gaia:
Considering its now summer vacation about 5 hours the least.

When you RP do you speak in first, second, or third person:
Third.

What do you do if someone angers you?
Stop talking to them if it is a unnecessary conversation or ask them to please stop what ever they are doing.
(Slap them. D<)

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Ask about the problem and help them to find a resolution.

What are you going to input as a mod?
Profiles, season development, inactivity, and just about anything else that might need to be addressed.

Gonna teach?
Maybe. I think I will be fine with any subject.

What rank would you like?
Any rank is fine.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
Most Definitely.

Have you been promoted in another guild? Why?
I helped with creating forums and it's stability. I also helped with members and activity.

What can I do better as Captain?
Keeping an eye on profiles and inactive members.
(Although that's actually a mod duty.)
Making sure your mods do their job.

Why are you applying?

I was recommended to by iMcFly.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Give them a warning either by PM or quote.

When you RP do you speak in first, second, or third person:
Depends on the RP, but for the purpose of this one, third.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Consider the situation then mediate fairly, also advise against arguing with mods to avoid further conflict.

What are you going to input as a mod?(other than teaching)
Help in any way I am asked. A person to watch for late-night misdemeanors

Gonna teach? (Subject if so)
Hopefully yes, about soul resonance hopefully.(not just the technique but the resonance of souls in general.)

What rank would you like?
Crew, don't need anything higher

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar? I no longer see any point in lying

What can the Mods do to improve?
They do well so far. All I can say is stay active.

Has a mod recommended you? (who?)
sadly...no.

Why are you applying?
I honestly think I can help without being a mod, but being one would help me help you.

Two weeks.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Remind them it's against the rules to do so.

When you RP, do you speak in first, second, or third person?
Third Person.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Learn the situation, create a resolution that's appropriate for both sides as well as the guild, and make sure that no one is left with hard feelings.

What are you going to input as a mod?
Other than the normal moderator duties, I can reinforce the power that is this guild's crew and accomplish any other objective that might need to do be done.

Gonna teach?
Of course. Well, Any subject that needs a teacher.

What rank would you like?
Crew is all.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
If you know me at all, I can indubitably .

What can the Mods do to improve?
As far as I'm concerned, They're on the ball.

Why are you applying?
Besides the fact that I am on more than I thought I would be, I believe that I could do more for the guild.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?:
Quote the rules and explain that it's against the rules and make sure they understand why the rule is in place

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?

1: Observe the confrontation closely so you can anonymously understand both sides.

2:Trust your fellow mod to handle it while perhaps giving he/she advice privately to keep the player from feeling "ganged up on"

3:Interject yourself to calm the madness making sure to present your commanding presence to the person who is most out of hand. Handle the situation with a clear head and unbiased attitude. We enforce the rules. We don't know friend, foe, or even fellow mod.

4 Absolute Last Resort: Spam Crimson and beg her to handle things.

What are you going to input as a mod?
I'm a technical human being with an eye for detail. I read the rules cover to cover so that I may better assist players with trying questions. I am patient with those who actively seek help and critique and will never criticize a player in need. Profiles and F.A.Q.s are my specialties but I am not limited to that. As an active RPer I can easily run missions, design back story and do virtually whatever is required of me.

What rank would you like:
Vice Captain

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar:
My opinion is something I am not only strong in, but it is something I give from my deepest core. I don't skip the details when I have the opportunity to give my voice. That being said I also know the details of any scenario before I open my mouth.

What can the Mods do to improve?
The mods themselves? I'd say be more active which is not a serious issue but their are some people with the "Moderator" tag who aren't on as often as their jobs probably require. I feel that a more active effort could be made and at least one mod should be on standby in ever the case that a player needs us.

Why are you applying?
I believe that I can make the guild a better place. I am talented in RP and a strong enforcer of the law. I hope I can be a positive example for future players or at least they can look to me and the other mods for help and not fear sarcastic criticism, or belittling.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Preferably in a Private Message so as to not clutter up the forums, explain to the person what they did is against the guild rules and help them become better role-players.
What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Well, there are two separate answer to this question: A) If you are the mod that gets into an argument with a guild member, you need to be sure to keep a level head. Private Message the member, once again to avoid clutter, and try to understand their side of the situation and why they acted that way. Should the guild member become unruly and belligerent, then contact a fellow mod to help out. NEVER should the mods be unruly and unable to keep a calm and understanding mind. B) If you are a mod, and you get contacted by another mod about a guild member that is causing a problem, approach the guild member and address the issue calmly and with an unbiased opinion.
What are you going to input as a mod?
Well, I have an eye for detail and I'm easily able to be on for a while everyday. I've looked over the rules a couple times and committed them to memory so I will be able to help out guild members, both new and old, with their questions. I'm able to help out a lot on profiles, so that new members will be able to set up their characters in a more timely fashion. Inside the forums, I'm more than willing to help run missions, help out at Shibusen by being a combat teacher, and essentially anything that is needed.
What rank would you like?
Vice-Captain preferably
Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
I have no qualms with giving my opinion on any other guild member and helping determine whether or not they are qualified to be promoted or if another mod has been slacking off greatly on their duties and should be removed from their position.
What can the Mods do to improve?
Be more proactive on problems and be more willing to reason and understand players
Why are you applying?
So far, I have greatly enjoyed this guild and wish to see it flourish. I wish to be a helpful beacon that new members would be able to contact whenever they need help with anything.

Deuce.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?

The polite thing to do in this situation is to ask them privately via PM to revamp the post and encourage them to post more properly. If need be I could roleplay with them a while to help them as an example.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?

Me, I would idly watch and make sure it doesn’t get too out of hand. I wouldn’t step in and put my input into it unless it was absolutely necessary or I was asked to. I would assume the other mod could handle it as efficiently as possible though. Though if it was a misunderstanding on both behalves and no one seemed to catch it I would probably try to help them see what the issue was to try and eliminate further unnecessary hostility.

What are you going to input as a mod?

I’m going to try to be as helpful as I can be. Mostly to try and help out with projects if I need to, help out with seasons if I need to, or whatever I need to do. I’ll try to help relieve the pressure off other mods or help as a replacement should real life be an issue. I mean I’m up for whatever really.

What rank would you like?

I’m not going to really ask for one. I’ll just take what the current mods believe I deserve if any.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?

Of course. I mean if I see someone who I feel is a great contributor to the guild and does what they’re supposed to I will tell you. I will also tell you if the opposite is true. I’m not really one to hold my tongue one way or the other if I’m asked for my thoughts.

What can the Mods do to improve?

Well, The most important thing when it comes to improvement is mod unity. If the mods are all doing what they can working together with each other then things will improve themselves. The other thing is members. Member feedback is very important to having a healthy relationship with your roleplaying community is definitely a big help. Sometimes they see things the mods don’t always catch.

Why are you applying?

I just want to be helpful. I’m fine doing that rather I get accepted or not. It’s about the guild and helping to make it more successful not about me.

Two.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Kindly ask them to stop and speak appropriately in role play.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Take it to the Guild Leader.

What are you going to input as a mod?
Hopefully I'll be useful in planning seasons, and with keeping trolling and rudeness at a minimum.

What rank would you like?
I don't know, nor am I picky on the subject.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
If I know the person well enough, and I'm given both sides of the story, I certainly can.

What can the Mods do to improve?
I don't really know. I think they're doing a fantastic job. Plus, I haven't really had any run-ins with them thus far. I suppose be more patient with some people.

Why are you applying?
Crim offered me the job.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
I would send them a polite message through PM to correct their post as well as remind them of the rule of no text speak as a warning. If the person would like, I could offer some helpful hints on how to improve his or her roleplaying skills. If the problem persists, report it to the higher ups and proper actions will be taken from there.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Take it to a person of higher status. For example is a crew member is arguing with a member, report it to a Vice Captain. Or if a Vice Captain is arguing with a member, report it to the Captain.

What are you going to input as a mod?
As a mod, I could provide services in the form on planning, organizing, accepting profiles and join requests, as well as seeing to it that rules are followed, not broken. And if it is wanted, I can work on creating banners for members to place in their signatures to promote the guild.

What rank would you like?
Any rank is fine with me. Crew or vice captain.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
I can be very honest in situations like that. All I need to know is the scenario that is brought up for a member to be banned or not.

What can the Mods do to improve?
From what I have seen, the Mods are on different pages. They do not work as one. For example, the profile approving method. When one mod approves it, another will say to fix something. I believe that the mods should work together more on things to unite better.

Why are you applying?
I am applying simply because I enjoy helping others. Helping to promote the well-being of the guild and its members is something I would like to do.

3, specially around weekends, no interwebs as of now, but that'll change hopefully soon enough.

What do you do if someone roleplays in text speak?
Politely ask that someone to improve their culture by typing proper literate words instead of contractions, of course, if they lack vocabulary I'd hint that someone to check up a new word a day at the closest enciclopedia/dictionary.

What happens should there be an argument between a mod and a member?
Try not to take any sides being impartial and following Rules&Guidelines I suppose, if things scalate to higher grounds instead of taking it personal seek for another mod, the vice or captain itself if needed be the case and they are available.

What are you going to input as a mod?
Assistance to minor but tedious tasks that mods need to do in order to have the other mods ease up and focus in the most important matters at the moment, basic moderator-stuff as approving profiles and enforcing the rules. I could also help with season development if needed be the case.

What rank would you like?
I'm fine with any, although vice and capt are way demanding and I don't really seek anything higher than a normal mod, in any case those two were not offered so I really don't have any problem with anything at all.

Can you be honest with me when I ask "Should this person be de/promoted?" or something similar?
I'm quite resented for being impartial and frank.

What can the Mods do to improve?
Be more active I guess, maybe post a schedule we can all find them.

Why are you applying?
Because I wanted to help in the season, its fun and also everyone is trying to, I'm quite competitive >>
