Slateport City
DESCRIPTION -
Slateport city is a fairly large port city in southern Hoenn. Being south of Route 110 and the Bicycle route from Mauville city, the beaches of Route 109, and westward from the ocean path of Route 134. Well known for it's clean waters, plentiful food, and abundance in resources, it's a wonderful haven for it's population of seventy-six, being the second largest city in Hoenn. It attracts all sorts of people, so a trip down to Slateport would please even the most fickle of travelers.

The southern tip of Hoenn.
PEOPLE -
Generally all around friendly, and really laid-back people. Despite the big city, the people are fun-loving and carefree, partaking in ocean-side shopping or simply visiting the museum.
RESOURCES/EVENTS/PLACES OF INTEREST -
Slateport Market: - An open market full of various things to buy such as vitamins, dolls and furnishing for your secret base, and TMs.
Oceanic Museum: - The museum is a large, two-leveled museum built by Captain Stern himself. The first floor containing information and relics of the sea, the second containing models of the Hoenn region and the S.S. Anne. If you can get by the entrance fee, it's surely something to look at.
The Pokemon Fan Club: - The Hoenn region's branch of the Pokemon Fan Club. Where you can converse about your love of Pokemon.
Stern's Shipyard: - Where Captain Stern and his crew build ships and send the old, decaying ones back to sea to create homes for the ocean-dwelling pokemon.
The Name Rater: - You may rename your Pokemon here, whatever you rename them, it's always a better name than before.
The Beach: - A lovely place to enjoy some seaside fun. If you find yourself parched, there's a seaside shack if that's your fancy.
