Lets See here...Kyruem is in the Giant Chasm. Victini is an Event Only Pokemon ((Need Liberty pass)). I believe Its Tornados is a wandering Pokemon. Landadous ((Or something Like That)) You must Have Both Thundous and Tornadous in your Party At Abundnet Shrine. Genosect, Meloetta, and Keldio or Unreleased Event Only Pokemon. Terrakion is in Victory Road. Vizrion is in the Pinwheel Forest. Cobalion is in the Mistrilion ((Or Something Like that)) Cave.

whoa, that is alot, but thanks! you could catch them after defeating N, right? and where do i get Thundous? I'm trying to catch Tornadus right now so i know where he is but it is, but not Thundous

You'll have to trade to get both.
